When a family gathers up on a Sunday night to buy food, they go on Google and check if the store is open or not. Then the family sees that the store is open on Google and get ready to order/pickup there food, and when they come to order, the restaurant is closed. On the doors, it also says that the store is open, when actually it is closed. The end result, the whole family's mood is ruined just because somebody didn't press one button to change the hours. Now see, how many peoples mood was ruined over one night.We think a store should have good service, so we would stop going to this place anymore.

Terrible experience with terrible customer service. We ordered online and two of the three pizzas were made incorrectly. We called the store to notify them and the response was "I didn't make your pizza so what do you want from me". They refused to remake the pizzas or give us a refund. They had no manager on site and we waited 30 minutes only to hear that they didn't believe us that the pizza was wrong and that they would only replace the pizza if we drove back to prove it was wrong and then at that point they would make a new one. So basically I could get a replacement pizza 90 minutes after picking up the original one. I was told to contact Manley who owns Za Pizza, 10 days later I still haven't received an email or call back. Also to boot the pizza toppings were extremely skimpy as picture will show. The employee said that they were told by the owners to no longer load up the toppings as before. I used to go all of the time but I will never go back and recommend others to avoid.

I ordered online and came home to find out that two of the three pizzas they had made were incorrect. They had added cilantro to my wife's pizza for which she absolutely despises the taste of cilantro. We called to notify them of the pizzas being incorrect and was greated with an incredibly rude staff member saying "I didn't make it what do you want me to do". My wife at first patient asked if they can remake the pizzas and that we could come down and swap them out. They said they couldn't do that and that they couldn't refund our money and the staff member was getting very short with my wife on the phone. After asking for a manager, they apparently have none working during the day they promised to refund our order. 30 minutes later we get a call and apparently the manager told the staff that we can't get a refund and that they didn't believe us that the pizzas were incorrect and that if we were to drive down and prove that the pizzas were wrong that at that point they would make us new pizzas. So basically driving back and forth and waiting for the manager to call and then having to wait for a new pizza to be made we would of received the correct order 90 minutes after when we originally came to pick it up. This is after being accused of making it up (even though I was willing to text them photos) and having to fight for them to correct what they screwed up. I was told that they had a customer complaint line on the web page (which is false) and I contacted Manly the owner of Za Pizza and 10 days later he couldnt' be bothered to contact us back still. The pizzas we did receive skimped on the toppings big time , the staff member told us that they were told to go very light on toppings from now on because they were putting to much on before. We used to go all of the time but not anymore after such terrible customer service. After reading other reviews on google it appears that at least for this location the staff are not trained at all and the place is going down hill fast.

Not sure what the point of having an online ordering system and order number if pizza is given away to anybody. You can only order online for pickup during COVID but I ended up waiting double the time in the parking lot because they gave my pizzas away for free to someone who randomly walked in. They remade the pizzas only to do it wrong. At no point was there an apology or accountability for the numerous errors. When I told the supervisor that an apology can go a long way, his response was "ok thanks".This is my 2nd visit here and the 2nd time things have been done incorrectly. Will not be coming back for a 3rd time.

Due to Covid-19 the initial experience sucked as I stopped by last night and they had the whole place barricaded with benches and tables. I was asked if I was as picking up. I said no I wanted to order.They informed me the only way to order was online.I was extremely tired after having driven over 1100 km and having been up since 4;30 am.I instead went home hot sleep and ordered online for supper the following day.

Ordering on-line is unreliable. I ordered multigrain crust and twice in a row it was white (the second time I phoned to make sure they did it right, but I still got a white crust). Toppings were thrown on scantily, like the employee didn't care. For nearly $12 a pizza, you shouldn't get skimpy (REALLY skimpy) toppings. I added my own cheese and toppings when I got it home, and reheated it I won't order again from Za until I can enter the restaurant and supervise while they make my pizza.

I was visiting from out of town. We were looking for a pizza place and this happened to be in the area of where we were at the time. This place is awesome! It's like Subway for pizza. They start with dough and then you take it from there. You get to choose your sauce and type of cheese. Then you get to add your toppings. As many toppings as you want for one low price of around $12 for an individual size pizza. Then they pop it in a wood oven and cook it right in front of you. The end result is one delicious pizza! I am always on the lookout for good food at a great price. If you want good food at a great price then this place has it in spades! I will definitely be back whenever I am in town.
