Great diner with that small town feel. The customers seemed to know all the employees and vice versa. The food was great, with large portions at reasonable prices. I ordered the "Belly Buster" since I was really hungry, and could only eat half of it. They have specials for breakfast and lunch which vary by the day of the week. If you are in the area, or anywhere close (we were on our way from Baltimore to Philadelphia), you really should stop in for a meal.
My mother and I come there for breakfast often with my youngest son, who is a year and a half old. There’s one waitress, I’m not sure her name, (a said she usually just works weekends), who always makes us feel welcome. When we have her as a waitress, she makes time to interact with my son & play with him. She gives him rubber ducks and toys when we come in. She’s even won a toy out of the claw machine just for him (it was a scary clown, but he loved it lol) and she...
I had the chipped beef and it was good. My daughter had a chicken biscuit which was over cooked because it was stringy, and it was alittle bland.
