Badly run bar/restaurant and treatment of their employees terrible. When an employee tries to help the business they steal their ideas and don't give them the credit their deserve. Not paying their employees for work done and takes their tips from them. Sad it a good location just bad management. You better for going to the Green Turtle. BBB should be notified of thier shady practices and wrong doings.
Food was amazing, mixed music for all and I can't say enough about Rahkon Ross , he is all that: professional Manager, great cook, awesome mixologist. Thank you for your service and see you guys next week 😂

Based on reviews, TB3 Bar & Grill offers a mixed experience. The atmosphere is great, especially during Friday karaoke nights, with a nice crowd and music. Some meals are highlights: the honey old bay wings are absolutely delicious, and the chili and cornbread taste like someone's grandma is cooking it fresh. However, other food can be bland, like the chicken quesadilla which didn't taste like it had salt or pepper. Drinks are strong and made very well, with a good happy hour selection, though service can be slow, taking about 20 minutes between stops when busy. Prices have increased, and a tip is automatically added to the receipt. The place could use a deep clean, as spiderwebs with flies were seen. While the food is sometimes worth the wait, some would rather spend money elsewhere for better food.
