I am a frequent patron of Miss Saigon. The owner is extremely kind and makes it a habit to learn the names of his customers. Every time I come in, he greets me by name as well as sends me off with well wishes by name, no matter how busy he is. All of the employees are kind and considerate to the needs of their customers. I was very surprised to find pho, bun Bo hue, and bahn mi of this high quality here in a strip mall. Tasty, came out piping hot, and a decent portion. It looked like a family run restaurant with teenagers waiting tables, but they were professional, respectful, and kind. Vietnamese coffee was also great. Korean hot dog with ramen wasn’t as crispy as I would’ve liked, but the mozarella cheese was nice and melted. Spacious, suitable for larger groups. I hope to come back!
This restaurant is currently my favorite pho restaurant because it’s consistently good. The owners are friendly people and I can always rely on the kitchen to get me my food within 10-15 minutes, even on busier days.
