First time eating Pho- got the P4 option and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was so good- we also had the shrimp spring rolls, original, ramen, and potato Korean corndogs. 5/5 stars for sure!!!
The best Vietnamese food in the area. Pho is very flavorful. A must go to if you need to get some Vietnamese food. Other places try to imitate it but don’t come close. Good for groups and near the base. I go at least once a week to get my fix of Vietnamese food. Owners are friendly and get to know their regulars. Staff are great and cheerful.
Miss Saigon is a real gem in Harford County! I lived in SoCal for almost 20 years and admit that I became spoiled with all of the incredible Vietnamese restaurants in the area. After moving back to Northern Maryland, it was hard to find a bowl of good phở. I was driving to Philadelphia, Wilmington, or DC to get my phở fix.
