Ordered chicken fingers, mashed potatoes and gravy, drinks, and coleslaw; all to be picked up by the Uber driver. The only thing we got was coleslaw (labeled as 1 of 2) and the drinks labeled as 2 of 2. There was no chicken nor mash potatoes and gravy. First we blamed the Uber driver and then we realized he grabbed 2 of 2 packages: (the Cole slaw and dipping sauce for chicken we never got as 1, in a sealed bag and the drinks as 2)... Fire the entire night shift immediately, my online order took 45min to make. I waited at the front for someone to even ask what my order was. They forgot parts of my order, the fry oil is old, bitter and tastes like poison. If my wife wasn’t pregnant and sick from the smells I would have double checked my order before leaving. If you dont care about your job then you dont deserve one.
I was the only one there.Not certain how they prepare the chicken.I ordered 10 piece wings.was asked to move my car and they would bring it out. 16 minutes later when someone else pulled up,got their change,then I was given my order
