Placed an online order at 3:30pm for a 4:30pm pick up, total of $116.00. Arrived at 4:37pm, order was not ready (even thou the app said it was ready). Due to picking up/dropping off 3 people I didn't get home until 5:50pm, only to find out my order was messed up. I called the store about the missing items (12 altogether). Had to drive back to pick up the missing stuff and finally got back to eat at 6:45pm. Besides the above I'm sick and tired of food places packing my food wrong. DO NOT place the brownie in the bottom of the bag then place the 2 mashed potatoes & 2 Mac n cheese with the coleslaw on top of it. Cold coleslaw was between to hot items, so it's in the refrigerator now. DO NOT cram 16 Tenders into one box. DO NOT cram 16 biscuits into one box. I used to work fast food and I used to think to myself is this how I would want my families food to be packed? If the answer was no, then I would pack according to how I would like my food to be prepared. Oh, I only got an "I'm sorry" in regards to the missing items I had to go back and pick up because they missed them. Oh, and I didn't like the looks I was getting from the staff for complaining about the mess up on their end. And they really didn't like it when I informed the other people picking up food to double check their order before they left. Of the 3 people I suggested they double check, one order was missing something too.

The pricing listed on the drive thru menu is completely off and they over charged me by $$$. This is the second time that a KFC location has pulled this and so I will not be back to any locations

$60.00 order and didn’t get the cake, Macaroni & Cheese and the gravy for the mash potatoes and conveniently sign on door says “no refunds”. I wonder why ? This is ridiculous. You gotta do better. This is people’s hard earned money going to waste!

Both KFC and Door Dash failed miserably. After a $70 order on the 22nd of March, the order was missing the 16 pieces of chicken ($40+ of food). Door Dash and KFC refused to refund the order. If a restaurant messes up, thet should fix it. Never again...

Long wait for drive through and had to carry it out to my car. Other cars got their orders faster than me even though I was first in line. When you're desperate and tired/hangry, you'll eat

The drive thru employee is rude (white heavy set guy who was drinking or eating something while taking orders). We were told a 30 min wait for family meals at 820pm. Then told we could get tenders, as that's what they had. We opted for tenders to avoid the wait, and then AFTER we paid, was told we had to pull over to wait. We waited a little over 15 mins before I got out of the car, walked up to the window, to ask how much longer the wait would be. The employee in the window was rude. Should've told us there was a wait for everything. First time here, never coming back.

Went to KFC tonight to get an individual side of coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy. Took a bite of my mashed potatoes and felt a huge clump, so I shined my flashlight on it because it was nighttime and I seen a black speck, so I picked it out and put it on my hand and there was a small bug with wings, looked like a fly in my food. Called the store, they’re saying that they can’t refund me only give me credit if i bring them back two days from now when I’m able to come bc i work before they even open. Absolutely disgusting for them to think it’s OK to serve people food with bugs in it. I had an issue here months ago they gave me uncooked chicken. This place is gross and the service is terrible. And the manager hung up the phone on me. Ridiculous.

It was so salty I couldnt appreciate or notice the other herbs and spicesThe eating section was dirty and just a mess.It was a nightmare experience.I know corporate management doesn't care about America and they know demand for their products is growing in Asia but why should we get the short end of the stick. There is a generation that still lovesxKFC. Don't ignore them!88

I think $41 for eight pieces of chicken, a couple biscuits and a couple of sides is outrageous. Gonna be quite a long time before I go back. If ever. Please bring back Roy Rogers restaurants with the do it yourself fixens bar¡!¡!¡!
