The lady is very nice with my son who is 5 years old. I took him for a treat every Friday after school when he gets good report from school. The gelato that she made was delicious.

Delicious. I’ve tried several flavors and haven’t found any I disliked, just some I liked better than others. Service is usually pretty quick, if a bit lackluster. The outdoor seating area is charming with a view of the busy Beards Hill Rd intersection, but plenty of grass too.

Ok, so, I'm from New England and we don't have the luxury of a Rita's within a hundred miles.. what a shame! Because, I personally am a huge fan of Italian ice and the fact that you can get an ICE FLIGHT?! Take my money right now! They have a boatload of flavors + I will make it my mission to try them all. So good!

I came here and vacation not too long ago and my server Devin was incredibly helpful and patient. Would certainly recommend and will come again if in the area.
Nice place to stop for a refreshing dessert. A bit overpriced in my opinion.

Just visited this weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful. My order was completed correctly. Parking is plenteous at this location. It's a popular location so there are lines during the busy times of the day.

I have never have such poor customer service in my life. I love Rita’s and this most recent. Visit unfortunately ruined my respect on employment. I ordered the Ice Flight, and the employee accidentally drops a penny into my ICe flight. 1 section. “ No big deal, can you please make me a new one? “ I requested that a new one be made. The worker looks at me like I’m being extra for asking for a new one. the worked refused. There’s a line of people behind me and o don’t want to be inconsiderate to the rest of the customers. So I decided NOT TO ARGUE , with the employee and move on to allow the employee the OPPORTUNITY TO DO THE RIGHT THING…. Well that person failed. At this moment I don’t know if I am more upset at the fact the employee thinks it’s okay to serve a person Rita’s Ice after dirty money drops in it, or the fact the employee was Too LAZY to Provide better customer service and just make a new one instead. They seriously allowed me to Walk away serving me dirty Rita Ice. If I was the Franchise/Business Owner,I WOULD WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THIS. This is just STRAIGHT NASTY! H I will be sending an email to Rita’s corporate and franchise team and whomever I can get a hold of, if anyone has any information to help me reach the business owner, I’d greatly appreciate it.

Why stay open when you shut your machines down routinely prior to close? Why bother to have paying customers queue up only to have shut said machines down while they are waiting in line? I know working food service can be hard. I know many people can be rude- I did it for years, both as my first job and through college. But if you’re not going to be able serve paying customers, then don’t bother to stay open. It’s obviously a waste of your associates time and a waste of time for those that waited. Going to plan to keep purchasing from local ice cream shops from now on.
