Someone named Monica was the most unprofessional, rude, disgustingly, aggressive, petty service worker I have ever come across she refused to correct an order that they got wrong cuss out my 12 year old and then when I approached them about it, some other girl tried to lie for her and say that I was begging for food. This is the most disgusting Taco Bell you could ever go to. I went to pick up breakfast one day and the person at the window serving me had some sort of white coating in their mouth and saliva. Just absolutely disgusting to be coming face-to-face with people. Tried to give them another chance yet another worker was rude when I called to find out why they did not include everything I asked for in my DoorDash order. She said well, so what that’s not my problem. if I could give all of these workers as zero I would they should all be fired

When ordering breakfast I was told the coffee machine was broken , then after ordering the price of the item on the screen was entirely different from what was advertised, when I questioned it , the cashier told me it’s because it had not been changed. I believe this is false advertisement, and was lured into buying an item that I thought was cheaper due to the price being posted outside the drive through. I’m sure there are laws protecting consumers, so I took a picture of both prices and will be turning them into the ftc.

I think the Aberdeen,Md Taco Bell was fast but my wife’s Nachos were thrown all over the bottom of the bag!!! That really pissed ? me off!!! NOBODY DISRESPECTS MY QUEEN!!! ?

I was hungry after a long day at work. I thought that I could stop at Taco bell and get something. I ordered from drive through, got home and realized that I didn't have what I ordered. Had to go back to get the rest of my order. I asked for the manager, and the manager said he would take care of the situation. He came back with a bag of what I asked, but the thing was a soggy cold something. I don't care to go back. Poor service.
