Went here for Breakfast with my parents on Saturday July 12th 2025. We were visiting the rest area that this is located in for a restroom break, and figured to take a food break too. At 5:00AM, besides the other shop, this was the only thing that was open and that was able to take orders. Cashier was pleasant and took our breakfast orders. I had the french toast sticks, and a small coffee. My dad got a baconator with a large coffee. My mom got an egg sandwich. Cashier was pleasant. Paid via credit card. We recieved our orders in a timely manner. We actually also sat outside the rest area to eat our food. While the food filled our stomachs, we didn't really like it all that much. The coffee was fine though! But maybe Wendy's isn't the thing for breakfast. This was also our first time trying Wendy's breakfast.

Lady behind counter did not tell us that a frosty was unavailable until we had already paid. Service not great and they were out of multiple things and didn’t tell us until we had paid, not happy. Fries were hot though.

Vastly over priced vs a stand alone store. No value menu. And menu items seems at like 20% more than normal. Absolutely only spent my money because I was tried and on the road. Only positive was convenience

Landed here late Friday on May 9th, unfriendly rude lady with long gray white hair. Right after we had credit card fraud with several online charges. Please be careful try to swipe your own payments. Last payment was done here...

Got the new frosty fusion, they knowingly put straight liquid frosty mix in it and still gave it to me, common sense would have said to re-make it, but they just handed it to me and said if it's too melty in a few minutes I'll remake it like they knew it was messed up. Rest of my meal was good, slow service but only two people working.
Kind of ticked go to Wendy's Dave's single is 15 dollars your given a cup the fountain machine is broke the other machine has bad drinks . You go ask for tea the kid says it's another dollar. To do what walk your ass over and poor a drink . You are a scam your ripping off the people. The kis is lazy just wants to lean on the register.. not happy

Found this thing I'm my burger that looks like a bone or a nail! Either way it was gross!! I had already left on interstate so I couldn't turn around easily. The service was also slow.
