False advertising - subtotal higher than price advertised on kiosk, employees said the higher price was the correct one. Not the employees fault just badly implemented tech, giving no indication to the user they were being charged more than was advertised, with no explanation for the higher subtotal. (Pic is just one example, happened for various items).

10/04/2025, around 9:00a.m. The ladies at Wendy’s need to wear a hair net. I know every Wendy’s might be different but hairnets should be mandatory at this location, considering they all have long hair that’s swing all day around food.

Food was fine. Rudest customer service experience (older lady with reddish hair). I was pleasant with her from the very beginning. Don’t bother asking questions like what topping are on the burger because it will just annoy her (I was trying to customize for my7 years old who has allergies). She rolled her eyes and asked the preparer and then told me the Baconator only comes with bacon and cheese. I asked again because my son has allergies and she sarcastically repeated so I ordered. I then went to the kiosk to double check the ingredients and lo and behold it comes with ketchup and mayo as well which my son is allergic to. When the burger came out, the nice preparer confirmed the mayo so I asked for another one. She then comes over and accuses me three times of opening the burger even though I didn’t even ln touch the bag. Even if I had, they got my order wrong. She then puts her hand to her face like she has had enough. Sheesh. If you’re not happy working some place, don’t ruin other people’s day for it.
If you must order, use the kiosk. It is much friendlier 😂

Absolutely terrible 2 burgers $38 straw melts in drink terrible lids no salt on fries and no napkid the food is mid
Went here for Breakfast with my parents on Saturday July 12th 2025. We were visiting the rest area that this is located in for a restroom break, and figured to take a food break too. At 5:00AM, besides the other shop, this was the only thing that was open and that was able to take orders. Cashier was pleasant and took our breakfast orders. I had the french toast sticks, and a small coffee. My dad got a baconator with a large coffee. My mom got an egg sandwich. Cashier was pleasant. Paid via credit card. We recieved our orders in a timely manner. We actually also sat outside the rest area to eat our food. While the food filled our stomachs, we didn't really like it all that much. The coffee was fine though! But maybe Wendy's isn't the thing for breakfast. This was also our first time trying Wendy's breakfast.

Lady behind counter did not tell us that a frosty was unavailable until we had already paid. Service not great and they were out of multiple things and didn’t tell us until we had paid, not happy. Fries were hot though.
