The ordering process with Robin was easy and pleasant! However, the tracking number provided was not used. Without my knowledge, delivery was switched from 2 day to overnight. When I called to find out why the order had not shipped (using the original tracking number provided), I unfortunately met “Asia”. She was unable to provide the new tracking information, and was nasty. I called back later in the day, having still not received the promised email, only to be told the shipping department was closed. I chatted with one of the managers who, instead of following up himself, had the unpleasant “Asia” call me. She was sure I had gotten the email but was too stupid to look in my spam folder for it. Being an IT professional, I assured her I had looked everywhere! She was still whining when I hung up. Hopefully the crab cakes were delivered in acceptable condition. I still have no tracking information. I’ll be looking for a new source in the future!

First off I researched the Crab fest 2025 and who would be there like the big back I am. I peeped the website and said o they look good. Good is an understatement it was damn great. I have to try the restaurant out. *in pic crab cake sandwich and crab fries. The crab 🦀 fries are out of this world 🌎. The crab cake was a true staple of what Baltimore Crabs are all about. Crab meat was sweet fresh n so damn flavorful. Y’all need to run not walk to Boxhill they are worth the drive. Keep up the great work guys

What a great restaurant. A friend recommended Box Hill Pizzeria & Crabcakes for their excellent crabcakes. We were so surprised to find this place to be such a gem with outstanding service, reasonable prices, and great food.
We both had the crabcake platter for lunch. It was one of the best crabcakes we have had in our nearly 40 years of living in Maryland. I could not believe that we didn't hear of this place before.
We stopped by around 1130 and easily got a table. The server was nice, efficient, and quick. The food was excellent, The crabcake was full of chunks of crab meat and very little filler.
I will definitely recommend this place and stop by again when in the area.

I have lived in Maryland since 1987 and I think the crab cake at Box Hill was the best. My wife and I have been in a quest in 2025 to find the best crab cake and so far, this is it, hands down. Two more places to try before we wrap up our search but hard to believe this crab cake can be beat.
