The place wasnt so clean. Food was cold. Saucy Chicken Sandwich, nuggets and fried chicken wasn't fresh at all. I had a curly hair in my burger. Not going ever again.

Waited 25 minutes for food. People in drive thru waited too after told to pull around. Employees could care less. they move at 1 speed, backwards. But have time to look at cell phones. Wasn't even busy. Won't be back.

Absolutely horrible service. It took 45 min for a few pieces of chicken! There was not enough workers and the ones who were there never gave updates on what was taking so long. I will never go back to this location. Management needs to step in and fix this store

KFC my favorite, but I don’t wanna go anymore because they make me sad Customer serving disgusting the lady I told her to work my order and she I said they can you repeat my order and she like a scream on me after that when she give me my food, then my food is burned. I said this is a burn food. I need my refund. She said I’m not giving you refund. If you want this food take it not you can leave very very very bad customer service 406 Constant Friendship Blvd
Horrible staff. Always so rude and lazy at the kfc/taco bell. Constantly forgetting sauces. When my husband asked for the honey mustards he orginally asked for that they forgot like usual the guy basically threw them at my husband. They get attitudes with customers very easily. We will start going the extra 10 mins to the edgewood location to avoid constant friendship.

Why is it so hard to have customer service??? Did you mess up someone’s dinner??????? Do mistakes happen???? Sure, However, it’s not hard to make it right.
My husband just drove 20 minutes BACK to the store after I made an online order for a family meal. We gave them 30 minutes before he showed up, still had to wait because chicken wasn’t done. Then husband gets home and a large side order and a cake is missing. So he calls the store who said they will make it right. I asked my husband to get like 2 extra pieces of chicken since the family ate without him so he could at least have fresh chicken….. but boss was on break and another guy helping him said no, Like you guys couldn’t throw him a couple of legs???? It’s nearly 45 minute going both ways, just to pick up something y'all forgot. Do better, look out for your customers when you make an error. It’s the right thing to do. No one is perfect, but giving just what was already ordered and should have been in my bag in the first place and that’s it…. IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! That’s not making it right. Minimum wage is 15 an hour well he should get that amount in food since he has to waste time like that. I guess this will be the last time I have KFC. Popeyes is closer anyway. Wasted so much time coming here. Currently waiting for our order, it’s empty here and they said 3 minutes. Guess what, it’s been 20. Don’t come here- just go to the chick fil a or McDonald’s next door.

Chicken tenders always burnt and the service is extremely slow.
Last night around 9:10pm we went to this KFC in Abington and it Incredibly disappointing. The trash cans in the dining area were full and over filling and sitting on the counter. The beverage area was filthy. I asked the employee for a cloth so that I could clean in so that no one else has to feel the way I did. The employee stated that in was Someone else's job to clean the dining room. So he did not provide me with a cloth Nor did he see to it that another employee attended to the mess. Of all, the food that we got was awful. The chicken was black and greasy. We end up throwing it away and leaving. The manager was not engaged with what was doing on around in this establishment. AWFUL. BUSINESS KFC should be ashamed to have hired these employees Especially the M.O.D

After waiting 30 minutes for a simple order my food was cold they were not apologetic They took my order never gave me my drink we're more worried about mobile orders and the drive through meanwhile there's a lady yelling about getting drive through times down but yet there was somebody in the back just standing at a sink the other person walking around watching the other person walk the food outside giving it to the wrong cars and then having to swap bags Which I feel like is a health code violation Place was just disgusting I do not recommend 0 across the boards and I agree with some of the other reviews this place needs to be closed or completely taken over by corporate

Service sucks at this location.. I ordered the 4 piece meal for $10 and asked for dark meat. I was told that they can't substitute and that I have to get it how it comes. There was no sign saying you had to get the meal the way it comes. The person taking the order was very unprofessional. Skip this kfc. Your order will be wrong anyway.
