I’ve seen better portion sizes from the Hare Krishna free food truck not to mention any local Chinese place gives you so much food for the same price. Definitely got shorted in my portion and was not filled up despite the price.

Charging appetizers as entrees. Blatantly not paying attention as your ordering food. And will purposely change your order based on what they think you said. Lucky for them the food is good and the place is clean.

I was a regular customer from a while today I went to their location and the new manager was taking order and she was rude and very unprofessional. She was trying to charge for extra noodle and sauces. She has no communication skills and very rude. If pandas express will have manager like her they will lose all of their regular customer.

When I called to inquire about the new shrimp entree, the girl who answered was quite impolite. I had requested Beijing beef, but what I received was broccoli and beef. lacked passion and, most crucially, voiced nothing. The worst I have ever had. Although the team itself isn't bad, the management certainly is. I won't place another order from this place ever again.
