I like to go here every other Tuesday for a bible study. Its a good place to chat and eat. Love the atmosphere and the customer service is mostly good. You can't go wrong with the food.

I asked for extra chipotle sauce for my sandwich instead of the MANAGER putting it on my sandwich..she wouldnt do that for me she just handed it to me in side containers. For around the holidays the customer service was HORRIBLE!! especially from the MANAGER!!! The panera in White Marsh is 100 times better!!!

Great breakfast options, including souffles and egg sandwiches. The honey walnut cream cheese for bagels is really delicious! The pick 2 options are nice for lunch. Salads are very fresh. Soups are tasty, with customizable sandwiches.

Right off 95 This location has a great vibe thanks to Jen, Kevin, and Sara the Managers. They make sure everything is right &if i ever wanted to make a change they were very nice and accommodating. The employees are all so friendly too. (Update 5 months between reviews)& This store is the most consistent and friendly Panera i have ever experienced. Such lovely people enjoy their work &make u feel it 💕
I’m writing to share a concern regarding my recent visit to your establishment. While seated and waiting for my food, I noticed an insect crawling across the ceiling area above the dining space. I discreetly informed one of the staff members, an employee named Jen, in a calm and respectful manner, hoping the issue would be addressed promptly.
However, I was surprised by the response. Jen looked at the insect but did not acknowledge my concern or take any further action. There was no follow-up, explanation, or effort to reassure me as a guest.
I understand that unexpected issues can arise, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. For your reference, I have attached a video of the insect in question.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it leads to improved attentiveness and cleanliness standards moving forward.

Last week when I went in here the staff was really nice and everyone was very pleasing! That day I had a bad day because I was stress with something. Nevertheless the staff and the boy in cashier who was wearing black glasses and a different polo from the other workers and I think he had a necklace on that was very shiny..? He was so nice and very pleasing and very positive! He definitely needs a raise! From what I saw while I was waiting in line for my food he was the only cashier that time and there was a very long line of people trying to order. He looked so stressed but still managed to smile and take orders!! And very fast too! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

It's ok to be quick and fast making a sandwich, but you have to make the sandwich correctly!!!!!!!!!. This is about the forth time where I had to stop them from giving me a sandwich made incorrectly!!!! Take your time please! I ordered a bacon double take with heavy onions, they gave me a mayo onions and cheese sandwich. I called them on it, then they gave me the rest of the ingredients in a cup to make it myself... unacceptable!!!!!! It was missing the bacon and eggs...smh! If I could give them a ZERO I would! Check that your sandwiches are made correctly, if you don't they will give you anything.
