What a disaster! The girl who waited on me couldn't find the 1 item I ordered, and had to ask the girl cooking. Neither of them wanted to be there and acted like they couldn't be bothered with the likes of me, a paying customer. I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt, but this place didn't even rate that.

I bought a crab cake platter that came with two sides for $23.99. The crab cake was so Tiny I returned the platter and got a refund. I am a small person with a little appetite. This is tiniest crab cake I have ever ordered. I love crab cakes, and order them a lot. Shame on Phillips for ripping off their customers. Their crab soup Does not have any crab in it at all, only crab flavor, for $9. You expect a piece of crab, a morsel, give me something!!!
Each coleslaw was 3 ounces. Your choice dried out french fries, tater tots or coleslaw. I just read that someone who actually ate the crab cake said it tasted so badly she threw out the rest of it, after taking one bite.

Today was my worst experience ever in my 62 years in this realm. The service was horrible and the food wasn't any better!! The crab cake was 99% filler and 1% crab...the ship was over cooked and the crab soup was cold. I spent $78.00 for food that was inedible.

The crabcake sandwich was good but it is a tiny patty for the price you pay.

The crab cake is the size of the bottom of a small water bottle... 2” Not worth the price. $22 for a 2” patty and fries. They don’t even give military Veterans a discount.

Got the calamari basket. Was barely a handful, clumped together and missing breading on quite a few pieces. 23 bucks for that and a soda and fries is pretty awful. Fries were good though.

This place should be closed. I spent $44.50 for a crab cake platter and calamari. I chose the waffles fries and I got very dry tiny fries. When I asked the lady she said that’s only fries they left. She didn’t tell me when I ordered. It’s really terrible and overpriced. I know they are located at service plaza they have plenty customers. I didn’t expect they can offer me a good service and good quality of food, at least you should provide good quantity of food but they didn’t.This is my last time to go there! It’s not worth! Terrible experience!!!

Overpriced precooked food. It literally tastes like it was frozen first. Plus they give you more fries than seafood. Do not go here to eat.

Someone recommended I try the Cream of Crab soup, so I gave it a shot. When it arrived, it was a small cup, barely 3/4 full, with just a few strands of crab. I didn't realize it was supposed to have chunks of crab until I followed up with the person who suggested it. When I brought it up with the manager—who didn’t share his name—he told me there was nothing he could do about it because I ate most of it. Never going there again.

I have seen long lines at the fast food cum seafood place whenever I travel through Maryland and stop by at the rest area. Phillips have a busy sit down restaurant at the Baltimore harbor. I decided to give it a try. It was $36 for two crabcakes and small sides. Since it was early for lunch with few customers, my order was ready in 5 minutes. The crabcakes were frozen and just heated up, but they tasted good. Sides were good too. But the price will hold me back in the future.

Inconsistent Operating Hours and Unreliable StaffI've tried planning my road trips around the unique opening hours of this establishment, but unfortunately, the staff seem to come and go as they please. As a pescatarian on the road, finding suitable places to eat can be challenging, so it's frustrating when the staff aren't here on time. I hope they can get their operating hours and staffing sorted out soon.
