We order pizza from Bolis regularly because the pepperonis are beef. However tonight was just pure disgust! Waited over an hour and a half for a delivery and when I called to check the man said another two to three stops ahead of me, like whattt? You said 45 mins. After we got the pizza and we still tipped my daughter found HAIR IN HER PIZZA!! Never giving this pizza bolis my service again! Do better.

I give this one star. The guy who served me was nice. But as I was sitting there waiting for my order I was looking around... the place was so dirty!!! Dirt and mud caked on the floor, dead ROACHES on the floor!!!! A live ROACH crawled across the floor to the trash can. There were gnats everywhere near the trash can. I was so grossed out, I left!

Ordered pizza, mozz sticks, French fries and a soda. Placed the order around 8, said it would be delivered by 820/830. Food was about 30 minutes later than promised and the issue does not lie with door dash. The driver works directly for pizza bolis. At about 830 when my ordered status was not updated from “preparing food”, I called the store to check on the order. The guy had to look me up in the system and didn’t know a DoorDash order had come through. He said he’d call the driver and call me back. He did but said the driver would be here in 5 or 6 mins. It showed up a half hour later, cold. The fries had the taste and texture of reheated fries, so those were thrown away. The mozzarella sticks were cooled, soft and almost soggy on the outside and barely cooked. The soda wasn’t warm but wasn’t cold with. The pizza was the only thing that was decent but it was still not warm upon arrival. To top it off, driver didn’t follow deliver instructions, rang the doorbell, and caused my dogs to wake up my baby. Needless to say , I will not be coming back to this location- in person or through delivery. Ordering 2 hours before close should not mean I get low quality food. I have never had such a bad experience with pizza bolis. Although I haven’t been in a while, this experience has not left me craving more.

I have been to a few Pizza Boli's and this store front always delivers with the customer service. They could stand to have a fan in the front though because it can get hot inside lol other than a few hit and misses with the single slices its a great place to take out

The pizza has been pretty good but not the alfredo. Ordered a vegetable alfredo, barely had any sauce and it just tasted weird. Lost money on that one because it was inedible.

Don't ever order food from this place. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, extra cheese, and banana peppers...I paid extra for the extra cheese, sausage, and banana peppers. It looked liked they put less cheese on the pizza, than normal... I got a cheesesteak sub, but it was more like a peppers and onion steak sub, because there was hardly any meat on the sub. The sub was more like a peppers and onion sub, with meat as the side. Spend your money at a place that appreciates you as a customer, and won't insult your intelligence.

When a regular customer calls and places an order over the phone, is told 15 minutes, waits and shows up 20 minutes later.. and is told the pizza has not even been put in the oven yet!!!
I ordered an extra large cheese pizza for Pick-Up. Said 15 minutes. Cool! I even called back to confirm, saying I'd like my pizza well done (they tend to under cook at this location) when I show up to the store, my order was never even PLACED! Perhaps it's foreign accent? Perhaps they just don't care? Either way, I was a frequent customer, at least 2x or 3x a week. Now I will.never go back, as they are unreliable! Taking my.order over the phone, but not placing it?! I like halal food, but its a Waste of my time if the food I never even cooked! Waste of my time!

Doesnt even deserve one star. Waste of money. Worst place I've ordered from out here by far. 42$ in food $10 tip just for uncooked mozzarella sticks for my SICK KID cause it's all she agreed to try (Stomach bug) Chicken Alfredo pasta had hard overcooked broccoli and dry noodles even though I asked for extra sauce. Asked and paid for extra cheese on my Stromboli and it was just filled with a bunch of sauce and thick pockets of pepperoni, cheese on one side. Trashed all of it. Never again. Dont waste your money !
