I knew it was going to be a disappointing visit when the person working the drive through needed to hear my one (1) drink order 3 times to understand it. Venti hot chai latte, 7 pumps chai. Seems simple. I would understand if it was rush hour or line wrapped around the corner, nope rainy slow Saturday afternoon. The 2 cars ahead of me got theirs moved on. I roll up, tip & pay. Over 3 mins later I get handed my drink with a firm “here”. Basically hot water and a vague echo of what a chai could have been had it actually been in the cup. We all have our days but lackluster service and terrible drink is a bit much at this price. I’d expect this experience at a gas station not here.

Been here a few times previously. Had good service. But my most recent visit was the absolute worst the barista's were snappy, and the drinks were diluted.

Had an amazing experience today. They had a bin to pick a random ball and get a random drink to try. I am currently on a caffeine purge, so I asked the workers if anyone could make a random drink without caffeine for me as I wanted to participate. They were very willing and made me a menu item drink that I have never tried. To the three that worked there Saturday mid day today, thank you!
Dietary restrictions: I know that Starbucks as a whole is very good with dairy allergies and all. They are also very good if you’re trying to avoid caffeine like I was.

I come here daily for my coffee! This location is my go to!! The baristas are my favorite, they go above & beyond for their customers & have us regulars coming back. Im very particular how i like my coffee & they get it perfect every time. Quick service which I love since I'm always running late to work. This starbucks has the best team :) And the bonus to this one is the slushie machine- my kid loves joining so she can get one.

Poor service. Inside target, which is a minus. They don't have everything like a regular Starbucks. There's another Starbucks in the parking lot across the street which is more convenient and I've never had an issue there.

No customer. We ordered our drinks. Then the blenders broke but the staff didn't think to tell us so after 10 minutes of waiting I had to ask what was going on and where were our drinks. The staff acted surprised we were annoyed with the lack of customer service.

Visited for the first time earlier today . No tables were wiped after being cleared even though there seemed to be an adequate number of staff. I will not return
Terrible customer service, made my drink incorrectly right in front of me as I was asking about it. Tried to be polite as I asked about it, the girl with the black hair and blonde bang kept shutting me down. Didn't even bother to try and communicate with me. Handed me my drink and walked away.

I visit Starbucks almost daily with my dogs first thing in the morning, and work from Starbucks occasionally during the week. The team are always more than friendly and quick with orders, even when its busy. Recommendation was received to download the app as I am a frequent customer, you receive rewards which I wasn't aware of. It's always clean, tidy and comfortable.
