If you are looking for a place to meet clients, colleague’s or friends, and or work this is not the place. The music is played so loud you can’t hear yourself think let alone talk or hear anyone else 😳😳. Other than that it’s Starbucks. Coffee is good.

Post renovation a new ice machine was installed at this location. The smaller ice cubes melt immediately when espresso is placed on top for any iced drink. This means the cup is already full of water before they proceed to next steps. The training has not accounted for this and staff continue to make drinks the standard way. What is delivered is a luke warm watered down drink that's supposed to be an iced coffee, latte, etc. I do not want a warm iced coffee. Please address this ongoing issue. Sadly I have to stop going here as I don't think I should have to adjust how I order on order to get a decent iced coffee, especially at these prices.

The food was good but the hot chocolate had no taste and had grease on top
Ordered in app. They did not update status to notify drinks were ready. Finally went in to check and they were just sitting there melted. Had a cold brew with splash of cream and it was almost white it had so much cream, could not even taste the coffee. Frappuccino taste was so off and bad. Probably worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Waste of money.

Ordered ahead for drive through pick up, it is around the holiday so the line was out on to the street. I walked in and asked for my drive through order that I made 5 mins ago. It said my order was ready and when I walked in and asked she gave me my order. They NEVER get my order correct the syrup pumps you pay for or the toppings that you pay for. I literally have no ice in my cold brew and this is not what I ordered. I understand busy but no other Starbucks I go to is like this!! It’s in Abingdon and is sooooooo GHETTO. Get it together people the one at Target is so much better
