I ordered a drink on my birthday and the lady that took my order was not listening and didn’t care for my order. When I wanted a iced chai latte with strawberry purée and strawberry cold foam and almond milk, I got a latte watered down and normal cold foam.

Stopped by on a Sunday evening to grab breakfast for dinner. Place was quiet inside, but the drive thru was busy. My order took a couple minutes longer to get ready than the app suggested, but it wasn't much, and the order was correct and everything tasted good.

I am a constant Starbucks drinker, and I go to this location every morning instead of the Aberdeen location due to the fact of coffee being consistent. I was met with rudeness and disrespectful demeanor by an employee by the name of Kaitlyn. I called the store to complain due to the fact that my drink didn’t contain one of the ingredients I specifically asked for at the speaker. When I brought it to the employees attention, she told me “you can add the cream when you’re at the speaker.“I mentioned that I had and that the ingredient was missing. She took the drink back through the window, which you’re not supposed to do, and then a few moments later, she returned with my drink with her face, turned towards the side, handed the drink out with her arm extended and said “ here you go “in a very nasty tone. I brought it to the store leads attention, whose name is Mary as well as the store manager, whose name is Bree I don’t appreciate this type of demeanor when I am spending money every day to get coffee And you have someone who was supposed to start your day off with a pleasant experience only to ruin it. I hope this matter is taken seriously, and I will be following up with the district manager.

Ordered a pink drink and Latte at 8:16 AM. It’s now 8:37 AM and we just received the pink drink. Still waiting on the latte. Recived the latte at 8:40 AM. 24 minutes for 2 drinks. Extremely slow.

We try to go to this location whenever we get coffee or drinks. The staff is always so outgoing and kind. Our barista, Day, was great today.
The store is supposed to be open - waited at the drive thru forever, nobody was there and nobody is even inside of the store. Really poor.

If you are looking for a place to meet clients, colleague’s or friends, and or work this is not the place. The music is played so loud you can’t hear yourself think let alone talk or hear anyone else 😳😳. Other than that it’s Starbucks. Coffee is good.
