I picked up a sub there Aug 15 at 630 pm. The sub artist and cashier were extremely friendly and gave tremendous service making sure the sub was exactly how I wanted it. Just ordered the sub but felt very welcome there with their conscious attitude. A rareity now a days from fast food restaurants.

The whole team here is completely unprofessional when they mess up or forget an item. Bread was stale and meat tasted nasty too. :(

My Fiance went to pick up my food and was told that they didn't have boxes for the dorito Nachos, and then when I asked for a refund, the girl told me she did not know how to do that. So now I am out of money and I did not even receive all of my food. On top of that, the lettuce on my sandwich is still harshly frozen. I asked the girl when I could speak to the manager and she told me she did not know when she would be in. This is really unprofessional :(

The gentleman who served us and made our sandwiches was so kind and patient. Great food and excellent customer service.
I always love Subway, but how can you not . So there was only one person working the at the time, and the toaster wasn't working.. hahaha. Oh well.. the gentleman made sure we were aware of this before we ordered.. he got all our stuff made in great time and with a smile.. it's rare to see people behind the counters working with a smile. I wish I got his name.. young gentleman. He should be recognized for his great work ethics.. 👏
Wasn’t super bad but a couple of things. The opening time was 10 am but on December 27th the doors weren’t open and nothing was set up until 10:10 ish. The chip selection, which may be a subway thing is meh. I remember there being a lot more options honestly. The soda had barely any flavoring in it. As for the sandwich that was totally fine and yummy. Everything else though makes me a hair hesitant to come back here.
I ordered a tuna sub. It was so salty I couldn't even eat it. Tried to use rewards but the cashier didn't know how to do it so I didn't get any discounts. Ended up throwing the sub out.

Disappointed on 3 separate occasions at this subway. The 2 younger girls who work here are not nice and move with no sense of urgency. The older women who works here puts her phone on the deli counter and pops on gloves without washing her hands. They rang me up 2x for cookies we never got in the bag. It is a clean store but I won't be back

I just purchased a wrap send sub from this location next to Wegmans and the woman at the counter, who may be the onwer was rude. I tried to explain to microwave the bacon separate to make it crispy and she stated "don't tell me how to do my job". Then when handing me the bag, I asked if she could tell me which subway sandwhich label was the wrap or the sub (because I'm dropping the wrap off to a coworker and don't want to give the wrong one) and the lady at counter responded "its easy you can figure it out". From the beginning she seemed frustrated and agitated to be there....when I arrived no one was even there so I don't know why she was rushing me. I am active duty military and am appalled at such customer service. She needs customer service training skills! The store is clean and the meat products look ok, but the customer service gives this Subway a bad expereince.
