I ordered a tuna sub. It was so salty I couldn't even eat it. Tried to use rewards but the cashier didn't know how to do it so I didn't get any discounts. Ended up throwing the sub out.

Disappointed on 3 separate occasions at this subway. The 2 younger girls who work here are not nice and move with no sense of urgency. The older women who works here puts her phone on the deli counter and pops on gloves without washing her hands. They rang me up 2x for cookies we never got in the bag. It is a clean store but I won't be back

I just purchased a wrap send sub from this location next to Wegmans and the woman at the counter, who may be the onwer was rude. I tried to explain to microwave the bacon separate to make it crispy and she stated "don't tell me how to do my job". Then when handing me the bag, I asked if she could tell me which subway sandwhich label was the wrap or the sub (because I'm dropping the wrap off to a coworker and don't want to give the wrong one) and the lady at counter responded "its easy you can figure it out". From the beginning she seemed frustrated and agitated to be there....when I arrived no one was even there so I don't know why she was rushing me. I am active duty military and am appalled at such customer service. She needs customer service training skills! The store is clean and the meat products look ok, but the customer service gives this Subway a bad expereince.

Went to pick up an online order. I left a special request asking for Marinara sauce on my sub, and they didn't put it on, granted, they added it for me when i brought it up, but when i went to get another online order, the women there got really upset that i was watching her make the sandwiches. She kept telling me over and over i had to wait for the sandwich to be made because i placed the order onlineI have two years of experience working at subway, and no, that is NOT HOW THAT WORKS. There was nobody else around so i dont know what the problem was. The sandwich artist was just trying to pick a fight with me which i really wasn't about to do.If i did this back when i worked subway, i would have been fired on the spot. I'm never coming back here ever again, and neither should anyone else. If you want a decent subway, go to the one in the walmart in fallston

CLEANEST Subway I'd ever been in! So many different seating options! Seriously, I neither slipped from dirty grounds nor Gasped from dusty facilities anywhere in that sandwich shop! Reese's Peanut Buttercup (aka the manager) was so helpful and she runs a tight ship. She even informed me about how they changed the honey mustard sweeter! (Why, Subway, WHY?!) So I had a chance to balance out my dressings appropriately! And the sandwich, WOW! She really packed in my veggie for me!! I'll be back for sure!! THANK YOU staff!!!

Was told the coupon I presented was not valid for the entire menu numbered 1-12. After I showed this was not true I was then told that they don't accept corporate coupons? Don't send out coupons if you won't accept them! She also attempted to charge me for bacon even though it was part of the sandwich. The other young lady made it right, but still why would you not honor your own coupon?

I ordered 2 subs online from the store on 3473 Merchant Blvd, Abingdon Maryland, 21009, and had them delivered by Door Dash.. The one sub I ordered was the#1--The Philly. Using the customizing menu, I unchecked the veggies boxes. My receipt clearly says, #1 Bacon added, Italian bread-toasted, Regular mayo. What I got back, was loaded with veggies, and practically had the steak, cheese, and bacon painted on. My grandson was very disappointed, and did not want the unfortunate glop. I called the store to try to explain what happened, but I could not get the server to understand our problem., and no manager was on duty at the time. I feel that I should be reimbursed for the cost of the sub--they did not qualify for the BOGO-why, I couldn't tell you. I gave a tip and paid the Door Dash fee, for one inedible foot long, that went in the trash. My grandson deserved better. P.S--When you try to contact Subway Guest Care by using the online form, it informs you that the store number is invalid, when it actually is valid, and wont send the form. Pretty convenient!!

My wife picked up subs, first time at this location; we usually go to bel air festival. The guy making subs missed like all the meat on my BMT. Didn't even put ham on it. My wife's sub was a mess! For what you guys charge for subs anymore I expect my order to be made correctly. I got a sub with 4 pieces of pepperoni and 4 pieces of salamis... ON A FOOTLONG! What a joke almost $10 for that sub

Went there today and my sandwich and cookies were both stale. Bread and cookies were both hard.

I've always loved Subway but it seems like these days if you don't have a coupon it's not worth the price.. Prices have gone up and the subs were small.. Very disappointed..
