Was over at a taco bell in Cockeysville and it reminded me how much I hate the one in Abingdon. The Constant Friendship taco bell is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever visited. The staff suck, they could not care less about their jobs. Rude, dismissive, inattentive. Their cooking sucks! Almost everything they serve is overcooked to the point of being a dry rock. The food seems slapped together. They also close the store whenever they feel like it, regardless of the posted operating hours on their building or on google. The inside is also disgusting.
High recommend you make the extra drive to the Bel Air or Joppa taco bell, cuz Abingdon ain't it. The only thing that can save the Abingdon taco bell is firing every staff member, including management. Frankly if they closed this place down, it would do the community a service.

Most confusing staff and rudest ever
Store is disgusting. The floors, the tables, front service kept talking through the headset to the other employee on their headset talking about people in the store. Trash all over the place. It’s disgusting.

This place is absolutely the worst taco bell I've ever been to. The staff running around, cussing in the lobby, playing on their phones and generally ignoring customers. Very rude staff and trying to start fights with multiple customers. Very long wait times! Food absolutely not worth eating. Avoid this place at all costs! Also they have a no refund policy but if you use a card or better get a credit card you can have your bank do a charge back. I did that and the place didn't fight me on it. Good luck trying any other way to get your money back.

We went in between 4:30 and 5pm on 11/9 and will never be going back. Most of the staff was on break sitting in the lobby, the cashier gave me the incorrect receipt and when I told her it was wrong she called me a liar. I asked for a refund and then this young guy came over and told me he wasn't giving me one, because it was policy. Everyone around was getting upset and yelling at the staff at the counter, which made my 2 year old non verbal highly sensitive toddler start crying uncontrollably, and the young guy told me to "get my kid under control". Literally no one was back there making food worst taco bell experience ever unacceptable all around.

We waited for 10 minutes without receiving service, so we went through the drive-through and were disappointed to discover this Taco Bell doesn't even have Baja Blast freezes. But maybe it's okay because the Baja Blast we did get was the most mid Baja Blast ever.
Had two chicken quesadilla form this restaurant, kitchen I dirty no wonder I was sick 4 hours later throwing up like crazy, this place is disgusting avoid thanks for the food poisoning

Plan to wait additional time for a drive thru order. This past weekend I made a mobile order and when I arrived a few minutes after the time I was quoted, I was still told to park in the parking lot and waiting for 25 minutes before having to go in and seeing an employee had already put it on the shelf when they said they would bring it out to me.

The hubby and I were feeling froggy so we dined in at Taco Bell. The dining room was filthy, the trash was full, and there were no lids for our cups. The sauce buckets were nearly empty and grungy with gross sauce packets so we asked for fresh ones. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days, and there was a cup sitting on a table that had been there so long there was a water puddle around it. The food, however, was fine. I really don't like to complain, but sometimes management doesn't realize there's a problem unless someone says something. I've worked fast food where I earned minimum wage so I know it isn't the best job out there, but it's work, and a restaurant should be kept up to the same standards employees would expect if they were eating there. I believe our experience was directly related to poor communication and commitment on the part of the lead person who spent most our visit outside on the phone instead of instructing the staff. Two other customers came in while we were there, the drive-thru was not busy, and the restaurant appeared to have enough staff. I hope some constructive criticism helps motivate the staff to take pride in their work so we don't lose another fast food restaurant in our area.

Have no clue how this store is even open still… embarrassingly slow and lowest Google rating I’ve ever seen for a fast food place. And no comments from Taco Bell corporate to fix any of the issues people complain about… embarrassing.

Unacceptable behavior of employees. Rude. Made me wait for drive thru for 18 minutes when I walked inside they explained they were waiting on chicken tenders. Served me the food and the rest was cold. Asked for a refund and they explained the policy was no refunds. Then took the food without solution as I had no time to eat it on my break at work ending, and was reffered to Lindsey Winfrey by Melinda the manager, after being rudley dismissed by staff on site that day. Called to ask for help regarding compensation in the form of a refund and she ignored my call and voicemails. Ontop of that the order was STILL incorrect upon opening it and that was the last straw on the situation. Treats customers like nothing. Completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs. I tried to contact management for a solution but warned that I would post about it without any acknowledgement. Here we are.

Avoid this cesspool at all costs, I blame myself for giving them multiple chances but tonight will be the last time I ever try and obtain something edible from this location. If Taco Bell has any sense they would take a wrecking ball to this place and put it and the people who attempt to eat there out of their misery. The workers are rude and lazy taking 20+ min to make the most basic of food and have the audacity to look at you like you a crazy for expecting fast food to be just that. Do yourself a favor and eat anything and anywhere else then this palace of awfulness.
