Ordered crunchy beef tacos…..something terribly wrong with the shells, they tasted horrible!!! Tasted like they were super, super stale or some kind of chemical. I called & they said to return them for soft tacos. Hope I don’t get sick!

Sometimes I read reviews and I’m like “ok people are hard to please” or “people exaggerate”. This is not the case. I don’t know why I sign myself up for disappointment every time I come here. There’s literally nothing good you can say about this location. It’s hot ass. I started driving to the Bel Air location. Popeyes is next door to that one if you’re trying to go half n half.

They are under staffed so they are plenty of problems with getting your food in general but ESPECIALLY if they are busy at this location

DONT ORDER HERE !!Ordered door dash. Ordered Taco Bell received KFC. Order completely changed because they're lazy. You need to change your entire staff. How are you still in business with a 2.7 is beyond me!!

had an online order for 10:25 and we didn’t get it till 10:55, they made us wait 5 minutes for nuggets, then when we waited and came back and he said they were ready but there was orders after us so there now was none. we waited 30 more minutes then went inside and when we came in they walked to the back ignoring us. so we asked someone for help and they told us no then waited 10 more minures for someone to come help us

I was at this fine establishment today doing uber eats delivery the order took over 30 minutes to make the order for ms.shanice after her confirmation I waited in store for 15 minutes and during me waiting I was helping a kfc customer jump her car while a kfc employee helplessly stared at me and wasn’t doing there job to get my order ready. Next time I get a delivery from this place I will think twice before accepting it because while I was waiting on the order my second order cancelled because of how long they were taking. I used to work at bk the goal is to get the order to the customer in under 3 minutes and it wasn’t like they were super busy. I have learned through uber eats trashy food chains do not care about delivery customers or the person delivering. I have gotten big orders from restaurants with no wait time at all so idk how they can prepare steaks and crab cakes quicker than premade frozen chicken
