$6.19 cheesy gordita crunch was inedible. They threw some shredded cheese on the tortilla and melted it for ten seconds, and it barely stuck to the hard shell portion. GM never called to rectify. NEVER going to this location again. They wouldn't even give me my money back for an overpriced gross taco.

something in the tacos were horrible, the taco wasn't wrapped in the bag, upside down with everything on the bottom of the bag, ordered a normal taco and got a supreme. ordered a supreme burrito and got a normal. what is wrong with this place?

I have tried my best too give this place the benefit of the doubt. Why fix the parking lot and now the service and behavior inside the store it. It's ran like a place too hangout and not a business. The preparation of the food is not acceptable and the behaviors the leadership is a clearly represented in the employees. I have lived around here for awhile and thus place has gotten worse and so has the food and its personal.

We go there to get chicken from the office regular chicken ok but the tacos are horrible and don't smell right slow service will be finding a new place to get food for 6 employees totally disappointed

Worse service I have ever had in my life. I’m 53, so that’s bad. It took about 25 minutes to get my food and the lady who brought it out was rude.
ZERO STARS…..The worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to in my life. Every single table covered in food, crumbs, and trash. Lazy, rude, and unprofessional staff disrespectfully talking about customers in the drive thru for everyone in the dining area to hear. Took nearly 25 minutes after ordering before the food came out, and it tasted moldy - threw it away. Close this location, demolish it, anything besides keep it in business. Absolute trash.

Service was extremely slow. We waited for 20 minutes for our food and it tasted like chemicals. They didn’t even have our order in the system when we pulled up to the window to pay. Understaffed is an understatement. Workers were nice but completely aloof to their inside customers, pickup orders, and drive through.

Not sure why I continue to try this place every 3-4 months. Terrible service. Terrible food. Terrible everything. Just needs to shut down and go away. Stale chips. Underfilled items. No kiosk ordering. No mobile ordering. 20 minute wait.

Went through drive through. They just take sooo long. About 15 extra minutes to get my food after I was told to pull around to the front and wait. Food wasn't that great. Not much actual chicken on my Burrito Supreme and nachos bel grande were not great. Not hot and too soggy like they sat awhile but since I had to wait they should have been fresh.

The sign that says “This location no longer offers refunds” should have warned me off. Man, worst Taco Bell ever. The lady at the drive thru was friendly, but it was all downhill from there. Got our order wrong, and the food itself seemed like it was barely cooked. Lukewarm and basically raw. Terrible. Don’t come here.
