I would advise checking your order before leaving the place or being delivered. Just made an order for pickup and gave specific instructions not to put Jalapeños in my order (due to allergies). Trusted and took a bite; unfortunately, they added Jalapeños, and now I am having an allergic reaction! Called the store to talk to anyone in charge (manager/supervisor) so they could be cautious about it! Someone else can get hurt, the employee was rude and hung up the call. It's heartbreaking to be treated so rudely and inconsiderately. Not only was I clear in my order (instructions) I invested in their business.

Bread with beef but they robbed me, I bought one and they charged me for two seriously. That's very bad that they are now begging the customers for something else. The staff who are the cashier should change it, they are not people who should Ester in that position, it's a shame. They are Spanish just like me but very bad service from them

Bad place one short woman at the front cashier so disrespectful, she yelling at customer's, not a good place very dirty nasty.
I felt disrespected when I was waiting for my order and I wanted to buy a drink. I asked the cashier if he could serve me a juice and he ignored me and started cooking. Another cashier came and she didn’t even ask me if I needed help and straight up, just took the order of the person behind me completely ignoring me not even making eye contact or asking what I needed. I never got my juice and I am definitely not going back worst service ever. so disrespectful

For what this shop tries to be, it is great. It has pretty good quality food, it has efficient staff, and it gets full points for convenience for customers in the area. Selection is limited so don't expect anything gourmet. Ironically, they don't offer basil as a pizza topping.
