“Hands down the best Pho Ga I've had in the area. Their beef based Pho is very good, but others do it better. Also, currently the best iced coffee with sweetened condensed milk I've ever had, but note that I don't like coffee normally. Fast service, cheap, hot steamy deliciousness. The ambiance and atmosphere are mainly for speed and efficiency, but who cares! If you have a small party, expect to share a table with another small group when crowded. I always feel better after a bowl of theirs.”

“Excellent!! Finally found a good Asian restaurant in the area. Everything we ordered was a 10/10. Sweet and sour chicken and white meat orange chicken were the best. Huge selection, and it was finished fast. Place was also packed with people who ordered to-go, so clearly it’s the best spot in town. Loved it!!”

“My friend brings me Milanesa sandwiches from here all the time and they are amazing. The bread is fantastic, clearly, but the whole thing is great. Not that you can go wrong with fried chicken cutlets, lettuce, cheese, and jalapeños. And they are huge! Definitely one of my favorite sandwiches ever. I've been inside once, after eating next door at the beloved Taqueria el Mexicano. I picked up a small dessert and remember liking it, but can't remember what it was. The staff is friendly. Parking is tight in the lot but you can usually find a space or two.”

However, the minus star is for charging an additional 6% food tax on top of the already 6% Maryland tax. A lot of places are asking you if you want the receipt and sometimes I used to say no. Because it's just another piece of paper I thought to save from the environment.But I'm beginning to get it printed because I'm finding out that some places are charging additional taxes. “When indecisive, go for the chefs table which includes all of the apps but also an extra tasting per course. Aside from the food which was near perfect, the ambiance is very unique outside dining in a semi enclosed courtyard, railyard bar, and dining in a lodge-like room with fireplace. Some of my favorite dishes were the veggies, surprising because I'm more of a meat eater. Cocktails were excellent but do ask the bartender since not all liquor is documented. Wine list is extensive”

They only seat about 20 people at a time in their space, so I would reserve or come early. We came as they opened and were seated as a party of 5.For food, LOVE the brontosaurus! The broth is excellent and rich but too too rich, nicely smoked ribs, excellent selection of side veggies and the noodles had a great texture. The noodles in the mazemans were the same noodles as the brontosaurus, but the mazeman has no broth and so I prefer the brontosaurus. The ribs in the brontosaurus could’ve been more tender but I still loved it overall! Pork buns were good as well. Beautiful presentation and great taste on all! And nice edgy underground atmosphere/decor and reasonable prices.Vegetarian options: Mushroom ramen”

We got the tasting menu to try a bunch of dishes and overall thought the food was still similar to Mediterranean/Middle-Eastern food I’ve had before but with a unique twist on the vegetable dishes.My favorites were the cauliflower hash (reminded me a lot of Gujarati shaak that I ate growing up) and the halloumi + muhmmara dips. Unfortunately, I thought all the cocktails were very mid, so I wouldn’t recommend drinks there unless it’s something you already know.”

He was attentive, descriptive and helped create a good experience. Dan, our bartender, was magnificent. He created delectable cocktails and we also chatted along the way (we had bar seats which I highly recommend). This was very reasonably priced, we left very filled and happy. I want to give the highest possible compliments to Ian and Dan. The entire experience was perfect, largely because of the great food, but they took the experience well beyond a 1 star evening!”
