I’m so glad we came across the DC episode of Somebody Feed Phil just a couple of weeks before our trip. This is my husband’s first visit to the city. Although it’s my 3rd, my 1st visit was almost 30 years ago and my recent 2nd visit was for a short conference and everything was arranged so it did not count. Food was all delicious and inventive! Crispy chicken wings and spicy cauliflower were my favourite. I’m not quite sure the small/medium/big plates translate all that accurately though, so do be wary of overordering. The service also could have been a bit faster at times but for a relaxed Friday night dinner it’s not a huge problem. Friendly service and fun atmosphere makes up for it.
