Good but first time im seeing a manager treat her employees bad in my presence and weve been customers of this chain for 14 years. Stressful environment. The food tastes old and like it had been sitting for forever. The staff was courteous but constantly getting yelled by manager

I accidentally had a pickup order to another location far away and was not receiving a refund. The workers kindly and attentively worked to help us and ended up giving us our food and assuring us that they will deal with the refund process to their franchise in their own time. They were very understanding. The atmosphere was nice and clean and the food was all good. Thank you.

I came here on feb 6 around 8:15 to order a bacon and cheese sandwich and shrimp popcorn with fries last time I came in Sunday they gave me burnt fires like they where dark like they oil was not clean or just reheated when I told the guy who took my order if I could get fresh fires he said yes I will park you I said thank u I then left I was missing my sandwich that I paid for I live to far to come back this store is just one mistake after another do not recommend

I went last week and I was surprised by how friendly the staff were. While there was a bit of a wait to order, I didn't mind since I saw staff were running up and down taking orders then making them. I ordered an 8-piece family meal but I felt like that wasn't enough. Chicken had just come out and the biscuits were fresh. 100/10 would go back again.

Black mould or dirt in fountain drink dispenser.
I poured a Sprite from the fountain - it tasted funny and to my horror it had piece of black floating in it. I told staff and they replied that they had cleaned it that morning. I pressed them and they called manager. Manager poured another drink and it too had black debris that looked like mould floating on top. The manager just repeated that the machine had been cleaned that morning and went about her business! I was appalled- I don’t know what I expected but at least shut the machine down and clean it? The manager just ignored my complaint and went back behind the counter- they couldn’t have cared less
