Ordered a carryout order for lunch. Ordered 3 sandwiches. The turkey club was incorrectly made. I paid extra for avocado, which I did not receive. I asked for regular mayo, they still put spicy mayo on there. The fries were awful. They were really greasy and left a bad after taste in your mouth. When I called to let them know, they offered to remake it but I wasn't going to drive 15 min back for it. First and last time I will eat here.
Met up with some friends on a Sunday for brunch. It was very busy but there was a table available. On the wall is a menu of food and drinks available, but there are printed menus too. Seasonal drink and pastries available and sounded good.

I went on Sunday at 10 AM, and I understand it’s a busy time. I ordered two sandwiches to eat in, but I had to wait 30 minutes for them. Every table seemed to be waiting a long time for their food, and the staff didn’t really check on anyone. Most of them looked like teenagers who were just taking orders and serving food, without paying much attention to customer service.
