We are regulars at the restaurant but the old host Luigi has left and the new guys are not up to speed. We were sat at a table near the bar and it was so loud we couldn't even talk to each other across the table. It ruined the evening. There were other tables available but they were holding them for groups of 4. As we left there were still several tables empty. Not sure we will be back anytime soon.

The bottle of red we ordered was warm. Requested a chiller for it. Same with the food, everything was warm except for one of five entrees. We think everything waited for that one plate. For what we paid, expected better. Food taste was good. Wouldn't be my first choice to go next time. Did like the manager coming by the table a couple times to check on things.

Had an excellent birthday meal with great wine and food! We each had a different dish and they were all delish.

To handle your Italian food cravings, a stop at Carpaccio is spot on. Very good Italian wine options.

So many good things to choose from on their menu. Service is consistently outstanding. Appreciate the flexibility to change sauce on pasta entree. Our go to spot fir dinner before a show at Maryland Hall.

Wonderful dinner celebrating my husband's 70th birthday with our kids and their partners. Service was great, food was excellent ( entrees are huge), and the price was quite reasonable, including the drinks! It was a rainy Saturday evening, so no one was able to sit outside in the large patio. I suspect that service might have been slower if both inside and outside were full. We also had free parking in the garage of the building complex.

it was so packed with people which made it loud in there, and then our server rushed us to get the check to leave as he even said he had to turn the table to the next reservation and we definitely were not lingering, we didn't even order appetizers.

I made reservations for party of four and our experienced was mixed. When I checked in there was chaos at the front and it took awhile for us to be seated. Once seated, it took long for our waitress to get to us and, throughout the evening, we had to keep hunting her down. We sat outside and the lighting was dim. The best part of the experience was the food. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals and I believe I had the best Chicken Parmigiana I have ever had. I'm cheering for this restaurant to do well but they might need to get some help in the service department. My wife and I plan to go back. The food is worth it.

Delicious dinner outside on a beautiful night! Wendell Live was outside which was a surprise and I always enjoy his show

The food was great. Our server was wonderful but it took 40 minutes to get two appetizers and another 40 minutes after that to get our main course from the time we ordered it. Not the fault of the server but they need to change something in their kitchen or the reviews will start to go down.

Wanted pizza for a post race meal and this restaurant was recommended. Pizza was good, not great. but keep in mind pizza is a very subjective taste. My friends loved their salads. The outdoor dining was great!

This was the only negative experience we ever had at Carpaccio - we waited and waited for our server who was so overrun. We never got any of the delicious bread. We will be back because this was the first off night we have ever had here.

Waiter Dave was excellent - he was spot on with recommendations when asked for something on the lighter side. Chicken piccata over broccoli. Generous portion but just right for one. Special of day was Halibut well prepared with various veggies over angel hair pasta. Chicken parm with GRILLED chicken- meatballs and spaghetti to carb load before the 10 mile race. And a pizza to go! Great dough / fresh ingredients. Pear martini and Negroni something different and refreshing on a nice summer night in the patio with a solo musician playing guitar in the background. Highly recommend. It's literally across the street from Westin Hotel- a two minute stroll!

We had a wonderful meal last night at Carpaccio, with a super friendly waitress, Bridget, who was happy to chat when she had time. On arrival, we were given a small slice of pizza which was absolutely delicious and very Italian, unlike ones you would buy in a supermarket, and we ate that while drinking our gins. I then chose the salmon and my husband had the scallops and both were delicious. Although the portions aren't huge, we don't tend to eat lots anyway, so were comfortably full by the time we left. We enjoyed it so much, we're thinking of going back tonight as the restaurant is literally a minute away from the Westin hotel, where we are staying. I would definitely recommend a visit if you enjoy Italian food.
