Never disappoints! Great classic Italian as well as modern takes and underestimated pizza.

I eat in the takeout area. Reminds me of pizza shops near colleges. Pizza maker Rey is the master pizza maker of Annapolis! Really good ingredients and the best pizza crust.

I love my server David and the General Manager Riley! Exceptional service and outstanding atmosphere. We had a ladies night out and we will make this spot our regular spot when we come together.
I do recommend making a reservation, look up the menu before you go and call ahead time so they walk you through how to get to the free garage parking.

I made a reservation a week in advance, and from start to finish, everything went smoothly. The hostesses and entire staff were incredibly attentive and truly made our Saturday night worth braving the frigid weather.
One of the highlights of our visit was the warm welcome from the General Manager, Riley. He was hands-on in every way—assisting with seating, answering calls, and even giving directions to help guests find convenient parking. At first, we genuinely thought he was the host or even the owner because of how involved he was. He didn’t hesitate to offer to take our drink orders while we waited, which spoke volumes about his commitment to great service.
Despite how busy the restaurant was, Riley was always on top of everything. This was our first visit, and I can confidently say it’s the perfect spot for excellent food paired with outstanding service. You really have to experience it for yourself.
A huge thank you to Riley and his team for delivering consistently exceptional service throughout our entire visit.

Always great food and outstanding service. Carpaccio's is our go to restaurant in Annapolis. We can grab takeout, sit at the high tops or be more formal and grab a table. Never disappointed.

My boyfriend's birthday and he had never visited Carpaccio. He's now a believer! Great food, we ordered Eggplant Parm and Pappardelle Bolognese and both were delicious. We don't drink alcohol and our wonderful server made sure our water with lemon and ginger ale were always filled. Topping things off, my boyfriend's birthday and the Manager's birthday are on the same day! Our server brought over a cannoli with candle and prepared a goody-bag with two cannoli for tomorrow (I explained I had a lemon/coconut cake already baked). Wonderful food, service, and warm family feeling. We will return (many times).
First visit to Carpaccio and was very impressed with the friendliness and speed of service Great value
We were treated very badly and although the food was good. I won’t ever go back. I attached what I sent the manager in an email about 4 months ago about our time visiting on a rather empty Monday night. I never received a response.
Last night we, a table of three, requested to sit at a particular table outside that was empty and on the edge of the table area. I went inside alone to request the seating since doing so was too much for the guest with us. One of us is handicapped and walking/maneuvering is quite difficult and it takes a lot of time to get from point a to point b. When I was taken to be seated the host/manager/etc took us to a different table. When I requested the other again he said, “well didn’t you say they had a hard time walking. This is closer.” He didn’t say it nicely, he threw it back at me. I was surprised. I again requested the other table and told him she really wanted the other table. He said we could also pick the table next to the original one he offered (in the middle of a bunch of tables which is difficult to maneuver around) then walked away. We tried to go to the table but couldn’t get situated - as in there wasn’t enough room to attempt to sit down. So I asked one of the waitstaff if we could switch tables and she went inside to ask the host then came back and let us go to the table I first asked for.
As you can imagine it’s very difficult for handicapped people to move around. The attitude, insincerity and unwillingness to help someone was awful. It was just a table and I’ve worked in enough restaurants in my life to know our request was not out of the ordinary or too much. To have been treated like I was the imposition when I asked nicely each time is honestly astonishing. I left that restaurant feeling like we were the problem but in hindsight I can see that y’all are.

The definition of elevated Italian dining. The restaurant is nice, the service is good, and the food is amazing! The Braised Short-Rib Ravioli impressed me, everything about it was perfect. The Chicken Parmesan was one of the best I’ve had.

Another beautiful evening at Carpaccio's! Scrumptious cocktails and well-presented appetizers and entrees. Our waiter, Damian, and the Manager, Riley, were so professional, helpful and genuinely appreciative of our visit. They are to be commended for such a job well done!
After hearing all the nice things about this place, we had our first visit. I am from Annapolis but have not lived there for 18 years. We were excited to try it. We had a party of 14. The service was outstanding and couldn't be any better. We took very good care of our waitress. The atmosphere was disappointing.
What was really surprising was the food. Everything looked wonderful but it missed the mark, not just with me but 6 of us. It just wasn't impressive, especially for the price. Portions were good and had the potential to knock our socks off. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. We are not inclined to recommend them, especially since 6 out of 14 people weren't satisfied.

I am providing some of their Pizza bread to a pot luck. Paola was just super helpful as I needed to serve this the next day. She went out of her way to make sure I knew what to do to make the meal as fresh as possible. I really appreciate good service like that!!

Always a great experience at carpaccio! We got the hearts of palm salad special, a margarita pizza, and penne vodka — all were so fresh and delicious! The cucumber martini is also a must. Finally, our server Meg was absolutely fantastic. She made sure all of our food was timed perfectly and was incredibly accommodating with our toddler.

We left because after host sat us down nobody came to get our drink or food orders in 25 minutes. We saw both table next to us also not getting any services. So we got up and left this place.
