First visit to Carpaccio and was very impressed with the friendliness and speed of service Great value

Another beautiful evening at Carpaccio's! Scrumptious cocktails and well-presented appetizers and entrees. Our waiter, Damian, and the Manager, Riley, were so professional, helpful and genuinely appreciative of our visit. They are to be commended for such a job well done!

We left because after host sat us down nobody came to get our drink or food orders in 25 minutes. We saw both table next to us also not getting any services. So we got up and left this place.

Another wonderful evening at Carpaccio! It was a busy night, but Riley (a host) was SO accommodating and friendly. Bridget was our server - incredible energy and helped us to navigate menus. We've eaten here many times and have never been disappointed.

Most of our past experiences have been excellent. This was not. Service was rushed to the point of obnoxious. Waiter assured us that he could manage courses. Entree was delivered before our salads were finished. The bus person actually reached on to the table to grab the dessert plate before we were finished. We stopped him so he hovered holding the plate. Totally different vibe than the last times we were there. More like a diner than the upscale restaurant we remember.

Arrived a little early for our reservation but was seated promptly. Pleasantly surprised at this Italian restaurant. The halibut entrée was superb, cooked to perfection! Everything about our food was expertly prepared and tasted great. They gave a complimentary dessert for my boyfriend's birthday. Celebrating our 4-year anniversary, they gave us 2 glasses of champagne. Service was exceptional. What a beautiful place ! Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026 Cecilia, Pasadena, Md.

I have been to this restaurant many times. Always been happy but this time we used ubereats to pickup food ourselves. Food was ok. But the service from the staff left a lot to be desired. I can only assume they thought I was an uber driver, or 2nd citizen. No please, no thank you, nothing - not sure I’ll want to go back to be honest.

The food was excellent and the restaurant did recognize the service issues and compensated us very well (virtually a free meal) but there are issues to address: Our reserved table was not ready. After we explained that we had an event to attend so a delay was not OK they seated us right by the greeting podium so we were constantly crowded by the folks waiting for tables. It took almost 30 minutes for the appetizers to arrive and over one hour for the main courses to be served, by which time we had to inhale the food and leave. The staff was very friendly and, as mentioned, they did “make it right” with the bill but the whole experience spoiled our special night out.

We had a great time celebrating my friend's special day! Food was great, service was phenomenal.

We came here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We got the eggplant, calamari and meatball appetizers. There were 5of us. Then we got the Pollo Pricipessa, Alfredo, carpaccio, veal and Vesuvius pizza. All were amazing. The Parmesan rolls were so delicious. They brought a tiramisu with a candle and we sang Happy Birthday to her. It was such a great family time and as always a delicious meal!

The food was very flavorful and the portions are nice. This is a night spot for date nights, special occasions, or to just have a nice dinner out.

We are regulars at the restaurant but the old host Luigi has left and the new guys are not up to speed. We were sat at a table near the bar and it was so loud we couldn't even talk to each other across the table. It ruined the evening. There were other tables available but they were holding them for groups of 4. As we left there were still several tables empty. Not sure we will be back anytime soon.

The bottle of red we ordered was warm. Requested a chiller for it. Same with the food, everything was warm except for one of five entrees. We think everything waited for that one plate. For what we paid, expected better. Food taste was good. Wouldn't be my first choice to go next time. Did like the manager coming by the table a couple times to check on things.

Had an excellent birthday meal with great wine and food! We each had a different dish and they were all delish.
