Amazing ambiance and great service on Thanksgiving. Restaurant has great views of the water and the food is presented very well. Most likely will return for a seafood dinner as everything looks very fresh.
For this type of a restaurant I was absolutely SHOCKED at how bad the service was! I took my best friend for a late birthday brunch, and when we first arrived at the restaurants the older woman at the hostess stand acted like we're bothering her when we checked in for our reservation. Then a younger man walked up to the hostess stand and without looking at us asked if we needed anything. I do not recommend Chart House if you have any allergies. I have a dairy allergy and am severely sensitive to gluten. My server forgot to tell the gentleman who made the sushi that I was gluten free and he cut my roll using a knife that cut a tempura roll and I unfortunately got really sick. Their food is wonderful but not safe for allergies.
