Wait time and service were awful. I've been several times and this was the worse experience ever. Waited over an hour for reservation and waited another hour for food. Our waitress was unorganized and unprofessional. We appreciate the manager was able to accommodate us for any inconvenience. She really tried to make the rest of our evening better.
Great attentive service paired with tasty food selections. Server wasn't pushy with membership sign-up which was also appreciated. Unlimited wine tastings without the implied guilt trip that a glass/bottle must be purchased. Looking forward to coming back.
Service and food excellent. Server (Kia) courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Menu and wine choices are great. Seated at a table we didn't particularly prefer, the hostess changed us to a much better location without us asking, taking that extra customer service step.
