Too noisy. We didn't stay. We left. Waited 20 minutes at the table and no one came by. So we left.

This is just a dive bar. I was excited when I heard the description for the crab pretzel being fluffy bread with crab meat on top, but much to my disappointment, this is just soggy bread with cream cheese and too much salt. The three staff members I attempted to communicate with seemed too busy and disconnected overall a horrible waste of time and money.
If you want a real crab experience, there is a much better bar for sailors that is just two blocks to the northwest.

We live on a sailboat and Davis' Pub is right across the street from one of the public dinghy docks, so we met our friends there. We had dogs and sat outside at the picnic tables. The waitstaff was attentive without being overbearing. The food was good and the drinks were good. I'd happily go back!

Great service and food. Get there early because it gets crowded quickly for happy hour.

was really looking forward to visiting Davis Pub, but the experience was frustrating and disappointing. My party was told we couldn’t wait across the street with our drinks while waiting for a table — fair enough, if that’s the policy. But as parties were called, I noticed multiple groups coming from across the street, clearly with drinks in hand. When I pointed this out to the hostess, I was ignored.
Later, when I walked across the street myself, I was yelled at by an employee. I explained that I don’t have an issue with rules — I have an issue with them being applied unfairly. I was then told that it “doesn’t concern me.” That kind of dismissive and disrespectful attitude toward a paying customer is unacceptable.
I understand places get busy and staff can be overwhelmed, but basic fairness and respectful communication should never be optional. This experience soured what could have been a great visit. I won’t be back.

Great! It in a cool building that has been serving food forever! Server was super nice and food was amazing and fairly priced. Chili was incredible, burger was solid, my friend said it was the best steak sandwich he has ever had. The only problem you will experience here is picking only one thing to eat... and you may have to wait for a table, but thats because the food is so good!

How does a restaurant that supposedly honors it's maritime traditions not have oysters? "Bowl" of soup the size of a coffee cup. Server had to be asked multiple times to bring condiments. We can't imagine returning.
