Leeward Market is my go-to place for breakfast and lunch. My favorite menu items are the Peruvian Chicken wrap and the Beef Gyro. They also have daily specials. If you are sailing, ask for a "crew lunch" to have your sandwich in a waterproof to-go bag with chips/apple.
I’m not sure it’s possible to fully enumerate all the wonderful elements of Leeward Market.This location is such a hub for community. Every time I come in, Michelle or Jeannie is having a deep, meaningful conversation with a regular (while taking orders and keeping the line moving, to boot). Visited for the first time, while in the area from TEXAS. At first impression, it looks really small from the outside. I had a rice and chicken soup, coffee and some dessert and it was all very good. We would come back, since the female behind the counter was friendly and we felt welcomed.
