Extremely rude staff barely acknowledged us… there was only 2 of us but they proceeded to sit a 5 top and 20 top which both came after us. Older lady with the white hair needs to get a new profession because she does not know customer service.

Arrived at 8:50pm (normal weekend, non holiday) and the hours on both the website/google and front door said open till 10pm. Employees locked door and closing down the place over an hour before closing. Lazy practice

Terrible experience, I'm never buying anything from them again!!! They ruined my work's Christmas breakfast. The service was awful; the order was supposed to be ready at 7:00 AM, and I received it an hour later. I waited for AN HOUR!!! On top of that, the cook came out yelling that it wasn't his responsibility and he was very angry. We will NEVER order from them again. Yesterday, we placed a breakfast order for our team. When we arrived to pick it up today, the cook was yelling at us and stated that he had just arrived and that our order was not ready. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.
We were required to wait over one hour for the order. In addition, when the order was finally given to us, 22 coffees and the utensils were missing, which caused further inconvenience to our team.
This experience did not meet basic service expectations, especially for a large pre-placed order. We hope this situation is addressed to prevent it from happening again.

We are regulars and are treated like family. Today no issues parking and no wait. Our waitress Kathy knows are car and brought the coffees even before we sat down. Santos the chef always makes consistentlly outstanding meals. We are able to use an AARP or military discount and the meals are reasonably priced.

What I love about "mcdonaldization of society" (Google it), is this: they're efficient, they've conditioned customers to a certain "way," in and out quickly, predictability and standardization in products and services, ensuring a consistent experience. What that means is regardless of which Denny's you go to, you can expect the same quality of service and food across the board. I appreciate consistency, efficiency and predictability.

Just had to put a little comment here, they did not serve us. I was with my grandparents looking for a pancake dinner and we thought, Denny's! Great service and good food, USUALLY. Oh no but not this time. There were two waiters who looked at us several times and didn't even take us to our seats, we stood there for 30 minutes before decided to leave.

Sat down for 15 mins before any server came around. Rushed to take our orders in a very reluctant way. She bought 2 drinks out of 4 after 10 minutes then the food 25 minutes later. Ever coming back.
