Dunkin' Donuts in Annapolis

“This isn't very nice and rather efficient Dunkin donuts smack dab in downtown Annapolis. On top of that, if you have a friend who can wait in the car for you, the other ones of you can be in and out with the order rather quickly.
If you're not sure what a Dunkin Donuts is, call your friend in Boston.

“The Riva Rd location is hard to get out of. I went in the lobby and to get out you need to wait in a drive thru lane as the right lane used to be pass through now both lanes are drive thru. I went there because the lobby on West Street was closed and I wanted to use the rest room. I understand help may be hard to find but I do frequently go to another location when the lobby is closed. I drink a lot of coffee and usually need to make room for a reload!“

“Let me start off by saying that Riley is amazing! I admittedly went to Dunkin' 10 minutes prior to them closing and halfheartedly expected that they would not have any donuts left. I arrived and the floor was mopped, everything was sparkling and there were no donuts on the shelves. I was greeted by Riley and she asked me what she could help me with and I proceeded to tell her that I was hoping to get a donut for my son's birthday. Out of nowhere, she pulls out his favorite donut...a pink frosted donut with sprinkles. Her customer service was amazing and tomorrow she will have made my son very happy as he starts his first day as a four-year-old! ?“

“I travel a lot for work and was in Annapolis and needed coffee. Most fast food places I go are either short staffed or every one seems miserable. The Team at this Dunkin works really well together, and every one genuinely seemed to like their job. The coffee was hot (not burnt) and the sandwich was tasty. Great experience.“

“Love this Dunkin, excellent customer service, food is always made correct, my iced and hot coffee is always delicious. My blueberry muffins are always hot and fresh. The owner gifted me a mug and key chains bc i treated a homeless lady before. Only Dunkin I will spend my money at. Great job everyone. Parking is a little crazy at times but that’s okay bc the customer service makes up for it.“

“Our dunkin's donuts and breakfast sandwiches are normally pretty on point. I personally dont partake in coffee, so I can't speak to that's quality. They are generally pretty fast. However, currently, inside their order terminals are broken, and it shows in the speed of service I hope their facilities manager gets to that soon.“
