Came in today, placed my order on the app. What businesses fail to realize is that when a customer orders online. They’re priority. Not the walk ins. Why? Because payment has been processed. I didn’t need to wait 10minutes for a regular coffee, munchkins, and a donut. Why did the walk ins get served before I did? And why did I have to voice it 3times until I asked for a refund? I love Dunkin, some training about orders maybe need to provided. While going through this, another customer that order before me was there still waiting. *

I came in to get half dozen donuts. No other customers. Employee politely tells me to wait a minute. She casually spends the next five minutes doing something with a coffee machine. Did she not speak English? Did she not realize that customers come before nonurgent chores? I’ll never know because I left to get to work. Better communication, please!

People are busy, and the manager is super rude !! Cashier's never do eye contact or listen to what we want .. she gives us what she wants .. she always had her attention to the door never to the clients !! Take so long for a simple drink and toaster , with only 2 clients waiting.

I ordered an ice coffee and a sandwich. I asked for jelly to put on my sandwich and a hispanic woman wanted to charge me $1.50. Customer service isn't good.
I have never been charged at any other Dunkin' donuts. They couldn't tell me why I left without paying $1.50 for MF jelly. Thankfully, I never have to go to that location ever again.

I ordered a brown sugar hazelnut oat iced latte online at 10:03AM via the app. At the bottom of my drink was someone’s FINGERNAIL. When I called to let them know, they shouted at me (whoever answered the phone seemed not to understand me) and hung up on me twice.
This isn't very nice and rather efficient Dunkin donuts smack dab in downtown Annapolis. On top of that, if you have a friend who can wait in the car for you, the other ones of you can be in and out with the order rather quickly. If you're not sure what a Dunkin Donuts is, call your friend in Boston. Thank you ?
