Sprout is a unique place! It’s a mix between a bakery and healthy café eatery. Scratch made pies, meals, snacks, cookies, bites, drinks, smoothies and other delicious healthy foods. And some things can be heated up if you want. Yes, they have coffee and cold brew, coffee! They used to have nitro cold brew hope that comes back. They’re also right next to HomeGoods in Annapolis Maryland. Right behind the Annapolis Mall and right around the corner from Trader Joe’s! They are also located also in Easton, Saint Michaels, and also on the state Circle in Annapolis for the summertime they call it the “Sprout Canteen”. They even have cooking classes and education on heating healthy. I go there weekly for a few things. i’m hooked on their protein bites! And some of their big cookies for my extra little treat. It’s a fresh take on organic and healthy foods snacks scratch prepared meals. And sometimes I’ll get my Coldbrew fixed there! So the next time you’re shopping or walking around or at the Annapolis Mall, homeGoods, Trader Joe’s, after your shopping is done and want to try something different to eat or a quick snack or a bite of some healthy scratch, made dishes, check them out! #scratchmade #eatinghealthy #freshbakedgoods

Parking: It’s a strip mall and a very large parking mall so there is plenty of places to park even on pretty busy shopping days… Although the holidays may be a little busier there within reason to walk too if you’re parked somewhere else.
Kid-friendliness: They do have some healthy treats and snacks for kids as well. Lots of things to choose from.

Having a wheat allergy, so much of the food around me is a big "NO". Thankfully, Eat Sprout has my back! The store is full of delicious, safe, healthy foods, especially the Rustic Loaf GF bread!
Dietary restrictions: Whenever I am invited to a party, I stop at Eat Sprout to pick up a selection of GF goodies - they are always so yummy!

I found this hidden gem while using my Gluten Free Finder app. As I was checking out with all of my sweet treats, an employee asked if I had tried the gf bread-and then directed me to her favorite- the rustic loaf. I toasted some up when I got home and it is HANDS DOWN the best gf bread I’ve ever had. My daughter used some to make me stuffing (in preparation for Thanksgiving). It was way better than any boxed mixes I’ve tried. Next trip to Annapolis (I live over an hour away) I got two more loaves. The food processor s great, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and it’s a great space. I only wish I had discovered this place sooner!

Sprout is an easy 5 stars! Incredibly fresh food, caters to all types of dietary needs (gluten free, vegan, etc), has healthy on-the-go options, like a Thai chicken wrap with sous vide chicken, amazing and unique hummus selection, fresh bakery items, kombuchas, coffees, etc.

Today was my first time trying Sprout. The food was absolutely amazing. However, the customer service was lacking. I did not feel welcome. Considering the reviews, I was expecting a greeting upon entering and maybe someone asking if I needed assistance or could recommend a few items especially considering this was my first visit. This did not occur, instead I was rushed by the young lady at the register. She also did not seem friendly nor as if she wanted to be there. I was hoping for a better experience considering the reviews. I will give this establishment another try to see if I have a better customer service experience.

An absolutely excellent place for anyone with a gluten/wheat allergy. As someone with celiac disease who can have a reaction on a molecular level due to cross contamination, this place is truly dedicated to making sure no cross contamination occurs on their allergy friendly options. I never get to eat out at places due to the possibility of coming in contact with gluten, so to be able to come here is an absolute treat! Highly recommend to anyone with a gluten allergy and anyone in general who wants a great healthy meal! Staff is also super friendly and understanding of food allergens, I always have a great experience visiting!!
