Definitely giving them a 1/5
Today we ordered on the app with an order confirmation for this location and when we showed up to pick out bagels up the woman said she had no order for us. We showed her the confirmation and that it was taken out of our account. We were told we would have to re order then if it was taken out of our account twice we could get a refund.

Despite covid19 restrictions I enjoyed a wonderful Americano and a B.A.T. (bacon, avocado & tomato) sandwich for breakfast.
