Was at an event last evening and had to leave to get food because everyone else around us was constantly being fed and we had little to nothing.

I think the staff needs to be trained more of how to work a room. We were constantly missed or the item ran out right before our table. I get it, that happens, but the staff needs to learn how to change their route or come to that last table first on the next go around so that everyone is included.

Booked an event, but Julie made a mistake and had taken me off her schedule. Although she was going to try to rectify the situation, she was so rude, I ended up canceling 2 days prior. Will never use her again. Awful to deal with, would not recommend.
