One of everyone's favorite stops in Annapolis, I was surprised to learn they are a franchise company that is headquartered in Michigan with 150+ locations. Regardless, they have delicious chocolates, fudge, and ice cream. Chocolates are about $35 per pound (ex $6 peanut butter cup), $10 caramel apples, $11 slices of fudge (often have B2G1 specials on fudge slices). Staff are very friendly, the apples are above average size, and the fudge slices are generous with tons of flavors...

We stopped in to see if they had hot chocolate because it was freezing out, and not only did they have but it was the absolutely the best! They actually take the time to melt their amazing chocolate into each cup so it’s rich and velvety!

I have been to the Kilwins in Fort Collins, CO many times and it was always pleasant. However when I walked into this Kilwins I had more dairy restrictions than I used to. I was disappointed that their dairy free selection was very limited; however the staff immediately told me what they had to offer and also recommended the closest business with more dairy free options. As a previous customers I can advocate for their products, but this time I can also advocate for their service....
