We were seated in the quiet room which was not. Already disappointed and our waitress Sam knew, without asking, she got approval from the manager to move us to the top floor dining area - all to ourselves. Rockfish and sea bass entrees were delicious. Sam was an attentive and friendly server. Her recommendations were spot on.
Sat in the window on the 4th of July. I had the Cajun seafood pasta, my wife had the grilled salmon with Brussels sprouts and lemon potatoes. The pasta was outstanding. I added an order of garlic bread to get every drop of sauce. The salmon was also very good and the brussel sprouts were great. The meal was very filling without a need for an appetizer. The place was busy and very very loud.
Great gluten free crab cakes which means absolutely no filler - excellent for anyone. My husband had fried oysters which were nice and small so best tasting! We will go back!

Prices are reasonable considering the quality and setting.
The crab dip is praised as probably the best, and the steak is cooked to perfection. The Annapolis Crab sandwich and the soft shell crab special sandwich are also highly recommended, with true crab meat and nice sauces. The service is great and fast, although the bathrooms need some maintenance.
This venue is the perfect place to soak in the charm and history of Annapolis, with an excellent menu, great service, choice of beverages, a bar, and delicious seafood, notably the crab cakes. It's a perfect choice for large groups or an intimate date, with a charming, caring, and attentive waitress.
