Too many things to list- just terrible.
It’s a shame because the location is prime.
Me and my husband drove an hour to this place looking forward to a night out as we work so much plus children !! When I called to make my reservation I asked for water front seating she said that’s fine we’ll didn’t get that instead was sat in middle next to a large party which the children thought they were out side on the Playgroung so looking at this for 5 minutes as they dance and pull on each around my table no parents or staff saying anything!!! Based on the reviews, Latitude 38° Waterfront Dining offers fresh seafood and a beautiful view of the harbor. There are reports of staff not being aware of advertised Happy Hour pricing. The atmosphere is affected by construction along Ego Alley, but the view is not the fault of the restaurant. It is a hidden gem with a lot of potential, but some guests will not return due to the service issues.
