I can’t recommend Oscars more! The atmosphere, yummy coffee + treats, and incredible team! Even on a busy busy weekend, you’re still met with a smile and someone who’s happy to see me (and my pup!) , which makes hanging out even more enjoyable. Oscars makes you feel like you’re welcome and cared about, as well as the best coffee and staff in town!

We visited on a Sunday and there was no one in line. We placed an order for 1 iced latte immediately. However, we then stood there waiting patiently for literally 30 minutes before this 1 drink was made.
At first my wife and I thought the staff forgot to make the order but then we heard other people around us complaining about their wait time. Clearly there is a system flaw that needs to be diagnosed and addressed.
I could be wrong but I think the issue is that the to-go orders are not separate from the orders placed in person. So there might not be anyone in line but just know that there may still be 15 orders ahead of yours. If it is not possible to separate the to-go orders from the orders placed in person then I think staff should let the people in line know what the estimated wait time is to manage expectations. Big fan of this place and will continue to be a customer. Happy to change the rating to 5 stars once the system is improved. Hope the feedback is helpful.

Found this rare gem in Eastport while visiting my daughter in Annapolis. Missed seeing Oscar that day but the coffee was excellent.

We love this place! Stopped here a number of times for our short visit in town and loved it each time. The lavender latte, lavender-vanilla cold brew and strawberry matcha lemonade were all delish! Go here! You will not be disappointed!

Such a cute location and I love the logo! I came right when they opened Saturday morning and there was already a small line. There is a private parking lot but it was fairly full. I got lucky finding a spot. I ordered an iced vanilla latte which was pretty good. Lots of seating outside and great views.
