Had to wait in line during rush-hour just to find out that I can’t use my gift card that is been registered to my account in store.Got out of line ordered on the app for dine in, And at that point, the app told me it would take 30 minutes for my order.I the ask the employee, since I selected dine in on my app, whether to wait at the rapid pick up or the usual dine and pick up, In which he told me rapid.30 minutes go by and my order is ready I get up from the table i’ve been sitting at and go to the rapid pick up area. There the woman asked me for my name and I give it to her. Then she promptly ignores me and starts talking to and messing around with her coworker. Another few minutes longer she’s no longer interested In doing her job and my order isn’t showing up.Finally, I walk all the way down to the dine in orders to find my name and order has been sitting there the entire time. No one called for me and the entire experience was a complete waste of time and energy.This place needs to get its employees under control and they need to have an attitude check. Also they are either skipping training or allowing new employees to handle the lunch rush all on their own.Try a different Panera if you don’t wanna waste your time and money.

The bagels are no longer bagels, they're rolls. A bagel should be chewy. The coffee is in urns and lukewarm. The prices are too high!
Panera is always good...you pick 2 is a favorite of mine...the creamy tomato soup is good with a 1/2 napa chicken salad sandwich...James my server/ cashier was friendly and professional...thank you Panera for another good lunch...Jan 15...another good breakfast sandwich...eggwhite, avocado, cheese on asiago...and hot ginger mint tea...yummy, while watching the snow fall...
