This panera on Riva rd is nice. Ordered on the app for dining. The food was ready in about 10 minutes.
Hot water for tea and coffee was not hot. Lots of tables not wiped down. First panera that doesnt have a kiosk to order. Not many friendly workers. Messy.

Customers appreciate that orders are usually correct and ready in under ten minutes outside of peak hours. The restaurant is kept clean and cool, and there is WiFi available. However, some customers have noted that the bathrooms could be cleaner and that the hot water for tea was not hot enough.
