The food is great and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. The cocktails are phenomenal and well worth the price. The bartenders are charming, friendly and very knowledgeable. I'd especially recommend ordering a drink from Ryan or Mary.
The Parley Room is gem hiding in open sight. It overlooks Main Street going down to City Dock, but it's entrace is around the corner on School street, at street level, at the back of a lovely patio with one of Annapolis' best views of the State House dome. The Parley Room's West St. side is a great 2nd floor overview of West St., while its School St. entrance is a first floor view from below of the dome. Visiting the Parley Room was one of the highlights of our trip to Annapolis. Great vibe with even better food and cocktails. Goat cheese brulee was so good we had to pry the recipe from the chef. Proprietor John was at the bar and took us through a stellar cocktail experience. I highly recommend this as a place that does everything right.
