amazing! food was very good and the bread was fresh. Our food came out very quick! The staff was were extremely friendly. Our waitress Cici was so kind and helpfull!

The food was delicious, but the server was rude, We had about 20 minutes of having arrived and she was already asking intensely if we wanted the bill, I told her not yet and he told me you are going to want dessert to which I said yes, but then she didn’t want to return the change because I pay in cash, I definitely won’t come back here.

Haven’t been to Red Lobster’s in years! Randi, Are’yana & Ms. Mo is awesome!! Best customer service ever! The food was great! Will definitely be visiting more often!

The manger was great. The waiter we had bought me old lettuce in my salad and when I complained about it he said yea it is bad.
I replaced my salad for a bowel of chowder and he bought it out and said he microwaved it him self in the front. (Weird). It tasted like hotdog water.
The couple across from us sent their food back twice.
And we waited 1 hr for our main meals and they must have found the smallest potatoes in the back.
Will never come back to Red Lobster again and I was rooting for the rebrand.
The absolute BEST meal I have had here in a while. Just wow. The service was top-notch; my fiancé and I came in to visit family close by when Chanel greeted us with a smile and fantastic energy and was helpful with all our questions. And our server, Amanda, was very efficient and was very patient and well knowledgeable about menu options.
Overall, we will be coming back just because of service alone.
