I’m visiting family and with all the changes I’ve been seeing on social media I wanted check out the new menu. Quick service! My waitress was very knowledgeable and what she didn’t know she found out. I don’t like to make a fuss , but she was open to helping and making recommendations drinks were great! Bathroom was clean. I will definitely be coming back. I love great service especially on vacation!

I have never walked out of a Red Lobster without eating in over 30 years until I came to this one. They only had one sauce available for the seafood boil and that was the Old Bay Parmesan. Asked them not to put it in my boil and they did anyway. The manager came to the table without introducing himself and asked if we wanted to try something different. We decided on something else and were told we would have to pay an up-charge for asparagus. Decided to leave at that point and patronize The Lodge Restaurant across the street. I told a friend about my experience and he then told me that him and his son walked out of the same Red Lobster. Very disappointing from one of my favorite places to eat.

Tuesday 7:30pm restaurant looks empty inside and hostess tells us it’s a 45 minute wait! Ya no! Not happening! Horrible business decisions.

Delicious food and top-notch service! The Red Lobster in Annapolis truly exceeded my expectations. Everything we ordered was hot fresh and flavorful. Our server was amazing—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The General Manager Johnathan also came by to check on us, which was a nice personal touch. You can tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be back!

What is happening there?? No mgmt, no bar service, saw 3 couples walk out

Visited Red Lobster recently, and I really wanted to enjoy myself—but unfortunately, it missed the mark in several ways.

First, shoutout to our waiter, who was doing his absolute best under pressure. He was kind, attentive, and professional, even though he was clearly overworked and stretched thin. Honestly, he was the only highlight of the visit.

Now, the rest? Not so great.

The hostess greeted us with all the warmth of a cold shrimp cocktail—definitely not the welcome you'd hope for.
The lemonade tasted like it had a whole bag of sugar dumped in it—way too sweet, and not in a good way.
As for the food… whew. Overcooked, tough, underwhelming, and barely warm. Honestly, I’ve had better seafood from my air fryer at home.

Overall, this visit was a letdown. Red Lobster needs to hire more staff, train the front-of-house team on hospitality, and pay more attention to food quality. If you're going to charge restaurant prices, serve restaurant-quality meals.

Very disappointed with my order. The seafood boil was not fresh, both the shrimp and lobster had a strong fishy taste and were extremely salty. Some items were also missing. I couldn’t eat it, and driving 50 minutes back wasn’t an option. $50 completely wasted. Please do not waste your money on the seafood boil. It’s not worth it.
