It’s been said that you can only pick 2 of the following: cheap, fast, or delicious. This place is all 3. I was a first time customer today, however I’m sure I’ll be back a bunch more times

This place rules. Years and years I've walked by it as I grew up here and decided to go for a solo lunch while in town visiting family. It is the last bastion of a fading type of eatery. A homely American style greasy spoon diner run by a husband and wife who are so nice and welcoming. I got the Rueben for lunch and a cup of ginseng tea to warm up. I will go back for breakfast before I leave. Just putting this out into the world: if this place served homestyle Korean food in addition to their regular diner menu it would be an absolute slam dunk of a gem.

Was in town for business meetings and was looking for a place for breakfast that wasn't in my hotel. Found this place in Yelp and it was a short walk from my hotel. The value of this place is very high. Lots of food for a very reasonable price. But the ambiance is pretty low. A real hole in the wall. I don't mind low brown places, but this place is really simple. 3 tables and a counter. That's it for seating. Most of the people who came in while I was there seemed to be locals and they took their food to go. My western omelette was very good. The rye toast was also good. The breakfast potatoes were only so-so. But I was very full when I left. Overall, this is a situation where it is fine if you know what to expect, but may be a negative if you were expecting a diner-style eatery. For example, I ate there and got my food on a cafeteria tray with plastic utensils. If you know that's what you are going to get, you should be ok with that. But if you were expecting at least table service with metal utensils, this would be a downer. In summary, a good value, decent food and quantity. But zero ambiance.

This place is a hidden gem! It's refreshing to be able to fill your belly with decent food for a lot less than what other establishments charge. If you're in town, this place is well worth the visit.

I love the food at this place, very small, hometown feel kind of location. The couple that runs it is very friendly. I love the Reuben's here, but definitely can use a little bit more meat.

LOVE LOVE LOVE REUBEN'S RESTAURANT! This super cute, Korean-owned eatery serves up some delicious hot sandwiches! They also have breakfast platters and sammies, cold sandwiches, liquor, drinks, and snacks. We came here for a later lunch, and we ordered: +a Reuban - on a beautifully toasty grilled rye bread, filled generously with slices of corned beef, sauerkraut, and dressing, this was so good as it was hot hot hot! +a Cheesesteak - I only had the grilled onions and mayo with this; you can opt for provolone or American cheese, in which I stuck with the provolone; this was a simple cheesesteak, seasoned well, and a good sub bread was used +a 1/2 and 1/2 - I was warned that the tea was 'sweet' - this combination was what I was looking for! It has that slight syrupy taste that I like, and it was super refreshing! Service was so sweet and kind! There are also a couple of tables inside in which you can dine in; most patrons seem to order ahead and get theirs to go. I'd love to return to try their pastrami and the other sandwiches, as well as their breakfast offerings. There's plenty of residential parking in the area. Don't sleep on this gem! +delicious hot sandwiches! +friendly & kind staff! +plenty of free street parking

An excellent, cheap, bang for your buck experience. The atmosphere is that of an old school diner, with a history.
