The service was great. The ceviche app was just okay - not sure what the fish of the day was. The Ceasar salad was good but not great and you will need to like anchovy. The entrees were delicious -- the peri peri shrimp and the salmon dish was a bit on the small size. The seafood chowder and the clam pasta were very very good. Very good drink and wine list!

Had a great time. Shannon is an excellent server. We went for the Monday lobster special and the lobster was delicious. Food is always good and we had a great time. We will be back soon.

We had a great dinner at Seasalt. The salty bread is a fantastic appetizer, the shrimp peri peri was great and the affogato was a highlight for dessert.

Very nice atmosphere and service. The fish special, whole snapper, was not very tasty. The appetizers were very small - we had ceviche, fried oysters, and anchovies. Cocktails were excellent.

Food (appetizers, main course, dessert) was fine dining level, exceptional taste, flavors, and beautiful presentation (Kudos to Chef Freddo and kitchen staff) Drinks were in great glassware, very tasty, and served in a timely fashion (Bravo Zulu to Tenders, servers, and Hogan) Service (servers, staff, and the owners popped by to say hi) was 2nd to none .... great job making us feel welcome, comfortable, and special The restaurant, Sealsalt Annapolis, has a good layout, very good quiet but lively atmosphere, great Ambience, and exceptional decor (kudos to owners and PjM/GC)! Worth every penny! Yes, it is pricey, but everything they served was out of this world fantastic. The oysters were so fresh and I really appreciated the thoughtful, unique touches that accompanied every dish. For example, the oysters come with different takes on mignonette (depending on the day -- yesterday it was a tamari based mignonette, accompanied by tasty little rice cracker things flavored with old bay). Everything on the menu has a unique twist, right down to the salt bread and butter. Really great all round experience. We will be back!

We recently dined here and were genuinely impressed. The food was authentic and absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared with care and rich flavor. The service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and perfectly timed. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable meal.

Very noisy at tail-end of happy hour (few sound absorbing surfaces, so I guess they want this); dinner conversation very difficult. Tuna appetizer is very good, but for titus (high) price, it should have some sort of unsalted chip accompaniment. Mussels and Caesar salads with alternative lettuce also very good, as well as their special bread (again, pricey for what you get). We did not get any entrees this time, as the tab would easily run up to over $200 for 2, as we find that the appetizer menu is filling enough and allows us to order a desert to share.

Loved the vibe and the private room setting for the 8 of us! Our gathering was to celebrate our son's birthday and, without any request, we were placed in their private room, which was truly unexpected! The private room made the occasion more intimate. The food was delicious. Loved their salads, salty breads and fried oysters as our appetizers. The entrees were thoroughly enjoyed by our guests. Josh, our server, was attentive, personable and a joy to speak with. If I were to make one additional comment and observation it would have been a nice gesture and a surprise to acknowledge the birthday guest with a small dessert. However, we were overall very pleased with our first experience at Seasalt!! We shall return in the future.

Incredible food. One of the best meals i have had in the Capital. All four of us lived our meals. Great vibe too!

We started with the tuna tartare and I was thinking I should have ordered more. It was so tender with a great flavor. Next we had scallops and peri peri shrimp and both were exceptional. The pickled peppers made the dish. Don't forget the bread and butter! My only gripe was the noise level, too loud for normal conversations.

What a treat in Annapolis! Sat at the bar and went through most of the starter options! all were excellent and I would highly recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed our dinner. And we told our server my birthday was coming up, so she put my dessert on a plate that said Happy Birthday. It was a nice treat!
