The food has gone down in flavor . The wait staff was ok. The manager was trying to be accommodating.

My husband and I had brunch for our date out. The service food and ambiance was great. Our waiter Mark took great care of us. He always catered to our needs while also being available for others. This was our second time being there but they had a saxophone player this time. It made the mood so romantic. I definitely recommend others to check it out and we will be returning again.

Sunday jazz brunch either excellent saxophonist! Sat in bar area with fireplace setting the ambiance. Vast selection of buffet with bottomless champagne/mimosas. Anthony the manager ensured anything that was needed. Food was scrumptious to include raw bar carving station and omelette station!!

We went for the Sunday Brunch. OUTSTANDING! Great selection of food and everything was perfect including the live jazz musician.

A few of my items were very disappointing and the price point is high for what they offer. The dessert was awful, it was cake was cold and had the refrigerator taste but even so it was nasty and a $12 dessert should be excellent. The grits were awful, they are described as creamy but anything but. They looked and had the texture of a rice with no flavor. The crab dip was okay, too much cheese on top and very little crab dip but it cost $24. I don't think I'll return. For those prices I expect more

They were short staffed, so the quality of service was terrible. Luis and Elson did a great job on guest recovery, and the serverswereverypleasant. However this being our first time, my wife's birthday and the fact that she chose this restaurant, the first impression was not impressionable. The quality of food was good and this being restaurant week, the 3 course option was very reasonable, and the hibiscus drink was very delicious. Overall she enjoyed herself and that's all that mattered.

Understaffing greatly affected level of service. Poor communication between staff left large gaps in service. Checked in with our reservation and were left standing clueless for over 15 minutes while the host disappeared without a reason. Not our typical experience with The Lodge.

I went here on Sunday and had brunch and endless mimosas. The food and the mimosas weren't all that good for the price. However, our waitress was really nice. Neither the less, I probably won't come back for brunch though.

SUNDAY BRUNCH REVIEW!! Upon first entering, the staff offered a very warm and inviting greeting. Food stations were full, beautifully displayed, and station staff were professional and engaging ! Our server Haley was THE BEST! She was kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Not to mention she made an amazing cup of caramel coffee, hehe!! I will be dining here again and bringing more family! AND I will be requesting Haley!

The salad was the freshest I ever had! The snakebite pasta was rich and creamy with substantial portions of shrimp, sausage, and chicken. My daughter had the flatbread pizza which tasted more like a fresh fire oven pizza. The crust was perfectly crisp! We loved it. My husband had the short rib which was cooked to perfection and practically fell off the bone when he took a bite. We will definitely return!

The food was meh. The service was meh but improved once we made a comment. The Lodge does the two tip trick where the tip is included in the itemized bill but the signed copy lists another tip on top of the itemized amount. Beware!

The food is excellent and the space is so comfortable. There was a problem with service being delayed (30 minutes after being seated to get water and order) because of a staffing change/miscommunication but the manager apologized and comped one of our appetizers. I've been here before and found the service to usually be just fine overall so I don't think the issue we had is commonplace. The lamb shank and the short ribs are wonderful.

The food was bland. I was expecting flavorful food but nothing really tasted good. They offered a salmon ceviche that had zero flavor and the chips were overcooked. I stuck with the short ribs since that was the specialty. It was also bland. The potatoes were whipped too thick. The short rib didn't have the robust flavor I was expecting. Our son had pasta with marinara and he kept pouring on Parmesan because he said it didn't have flavor. Tried it and won't try again. We've tried a sister restaurant (Blackwall Hitch) and felt the same about their menu. The best thing about both is the decor and outdoor seating. Disappointing, but you'd have to try for yourself.

Upscale without being stuffy. Delicious food, we had drinks, apps, entrees. All was excellent. Server was very personable, friendly, and helpful with choices. Drinks were very tasty but a bit slow. We will definitely be back

Food was excellent. Service was a little slow because our waiter (in the dining area) was also the bartender. Not his fault as he had a lot going on- but something management should put some thought into.
