Taco Bell in Annapolis offers excellent customer service, with friendly staff and an accessible drive-thru. The restaurant serves typical Taco Bell food in a clean environment with adequate lighting. Although the atmosphere may feel a bit empty, the service and cleanliness make up for it. Recently, some diners noted that the dining area was poorly kept, with dirty tables and a floor that needed attention. While food is generally served quickly, especially when ordering through the app, some customers experienced issues with their orders, such as missing sauces and bitter lettuce in the soft taco. Despite these concerns, many appreciate the drive-thru's efficiency and consider this location a great place to grab some tacos due to its overall nicer environment.
