Hands down the absolute best butcher shop I've ever been to. My friend has been talking this place up to me for years, and it exceeded the hype. Worth the trip all the way from Baltimore City just for this.
One of the greatest establishments in the DMV. This man exudes passion for his work and produces unlike no other. Can’t say enough good things about George. Definitely worth the trip.
