I have always had a nice experience here. Had the pinata today for the first time. The fruit and churro inside was tasty.

I ordered fajitas and they were not hot/sizzling. This is the second time that has happened. I won't be back. Service was awesome! She was very attentive and professional.

Regular customer here. So upset you took away the chile con queso. The recipes are changing and it’s not as good as it used to be.

Loved it! Delicious food.

Best chips and salsa around. Delicious enchiladas. Prices very reasonable, and atmosphere is great.

I don't recommend - food was bland and service was horrible.

Waitress tried to take our orders without writing it down which was a major fail. Drink order(3 sodas) was wrong, which she corrected. Ordered queso as an appetizer and did not get it. Food came out wrong(1 of the 3 entress were incorrect) which she did take back and try to replace, however the second time the order came out it was still wrong. I also asked for shredded cheese for my tacos which we never received. All the taco entrees are supposed to come with beans and rice, none of the 3 came with beans but based on the service up to this point, I wasn't even going to bring that up. Oh, then the queso showed up after the dinner plates were served....advised the server I expected the appetizer to come out before my food was delivered when we still had chips, so we sent that back and they took it off the bill. Never came back to check on us and took forever to get the bill.

I definitely will not be going back, too many other options in Annapolis that are a better choice.

We celebrated my brother’s birthday and had such a great time! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and everyone loved the piñata dessert at the end! 🎉

I was first here a couple of years ago, and enjoyed it very much so I was fine with coming here again when a friend suggested it. The menu has changed significantly since I was here last time, which might have been just last year. This time I was not at all happy and I wish we had gone elsewhere.

I enjoy chipotle, but I guess that the chef here has decided that everyone should enjoy it, singularly, overwhelmingly, all the time. The chips and salsa were served as chips and chipotle sauce, only, in two bowls. Maybe one of them should have been regular salsa? Because neither bowl was recognizable as salsa, they were both only chipotle flavored sauce of some type instead of a there being any semblance of a nice mix of fresh tomato, onion, cilantro, etc, to accompany the admittedly good chips. The chips rate the star.

I got the Roberto's mix listed under the Enchiladas section. When I ordered I asked if it came with sour cream or salsa or anything on the side and I was assured that everything would be dressed as needed, and salsa would be on the taco. It came wth rice and choice of beans (I got black beans) and a bit of chopped lettuce/tomato on the side.

I don't think there was any salsa on the taco, and I didn't taste any cheese to speak of. It was just pretty bland over all. No spices or flavor to the meat that I could taste, and overall it was pretty lukewarm/cool. The tortilla was crunchy.

The rice was rice? Not much to say. It was yellow. The black beans had no flavor. I dumped them on the rice, and there was still no flavor. I usually love black beans.

The other items, the enchilada and the tamale, were strongly flavored with chipotle, and chipotle only. There was pretty much no other flavor to be found in these items.Oh, except for what I figure was lemon. Which was pretty strong, and I usually do not find lemon noticeable in Mexican food, if used at all. So they were a lot more strongly flavored than the rest of the plate, but they were not at all what I expected. I love tamales, but this was not a red sauce, it was a brown chipotle sauce, it may well have been the same liquid that was served in place of the salsa that was missing before the meal, with the chips. Except heated up.

Based on this meal I do not plan on visiting this restaurant again. Maybe it was because it was the Tuesday night chef, but for me, it will not be worth it to take that chance.

The place looks great, server was great, food is always super bland. Can’t have that bland of food AND not put salt on the table. Drinks are usually good, but everything else is very subpar. Just go to Taco Bell at least that’s priced right.

Review: Clean, ample parking, large setting areas.
Now, the food! Bland! Chicken fajitas not even marinated just a chicken breast served over a bunch of onions! Lol
The worst part is we were over billed. Which we tolerated, however looked back into my account and see that they helped themselves to an extra tip!
I tipped in cash, lined out the tip and signed. Then days later, I see they added 18% to the bill! It was only four of us, two couples having a simple dinner! So they worked themselves into a 40% tip. Plus double billed for the fajitas!

This restaurant seriously needs to raise its standards. I’ve been here several times, and every visit I’ve had dirty silverware with food still stuck on it. The countertops are constantly sticky, which is disgusting and completely unacceptable. When I mentioned it to the bartender, instead of apologizing or fixing the problem, I got attitude.

The only reason I keep coming back is because there aren’t many other options for Mexican food in Annapolis at lunchtime. I visit the same restaurant locations in D.C., where I live, and they’re always clean, friendly, and professional — so there’s no excuse for this one to be so poorly managed.

Management needs to hold the staff to higher standards, because this location is giving the brand a really bad look.
